We enjoyed our weekend trip to the beach and found this condo cozy and clean and conveniently located. As the owner of several VRBO rental properties myself, I was impressed and could appreciate how cautious and protective the Property Management company was in ensuring that we were 100% informed about the rental process and rules. However, from a guest perspective who stay frequently in VRBO properties when I travel, I found it a little much: calling and emailing to explain the rental process and rules the day after we booked; calling and emailing the week before to explain the rental process and rules the week before our trip; calling and emailing the day of arrival to explain the check-in process and the rules and finally, calling again the day before we checked out to explain the check-out process and rules.
Yes, I get it. I can read the numerous emails and notifications plastered on the fridge, thank you.
I am sure there have been multiple guests that have broken the rules or called to ask questions one too many times, but come on.
Although we really loved this condo, it is not worth enduring the micromanagement of this Property Management company in the future.
