Come and discover Strasbourg and stay in this apartment that's as functional as it is pleasant to live in. You'll be able to enjoy a warm and cosy atmosphere with all modern comforts, plus a magnificent view of the cathedral, the city's emblematic monument. This charming 77 m² apartment with terrace overlooking the cathedral can accommodate up to 4 people and is located on the 5th floor (with elevator).

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A comfortable living/dining room with 2 sofas (including a double sofa bed), a coffee table with a chess set, a beautiful flat-screen TV, and a dining table for 4 people
- A practical kitchen with fridge and freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, hob, espresso machine, kettle, toaster and cooking utensils.
- Bedroom with double bed, bedside tables and small chest of drawers
- Bathroom with walk-in shower, washing machine, washbasin and mirror
- Separate WC

Transportation:
- Two tramway lines: A and D
- Parking is difficult in the immediate vicinity of the apartment (few spaces and high prices). However, there is covered parking nearby.

Other remarks :
- Bed linen and towels included
- Free WiFi available
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation

Independent arrival is from 4pm. Keys can be collected from a key dispenser in a launderette about 5 minutes' walk from the accommodation. ATTENTION: This launderette closes at 9pm! Check-in will not be possible after 9pm.

Very spacious appartment, with lovely balconies. 🙁 Soap for doing the dishes was missing, and the plants were clearly not getting enough water. There was no description how to take out the trash eventough you shouldn't use the trashshute anymore. Basically just small things."

A good location to check out Strasbourg

The property is nice and clean on nearly the top floor, therefore when it is hot It is hard to keep the appartment cool.As in our case. The location is perfect to do siteseeing of the city. The appartment is well equiped and is spacious. Supermartkets are plenty nearby. I would like to adress that there is not a parkingspace included, but the parkingarea "Austerlitz" is not even a 150 Mtrs away (€ 22,- per 24 hrs 2024). I would recomend driving op to the prive parkinglot and unload your gear, while otherwise you will have to pay a other Parking fee at rue de Paul Reis which isn't cheap (no parking is in StrasBourg) but the city is very nice and well worth it.

Empezamos por una invasión de pequeños insectos en la cocina que vencimos después de dos días de insecticida. Los vimos al entrar porque poblaban toda una pared de la cocina, imposible no verlos. La vitrocerámica estaba sucia, faltaba una fregona. Los sumideros de lavabo y ducha estuvieron atrancados desde el primer día. Tampoco había gel y champú a pesar de que se anuncian en la web. Todo eso es subsanable sin más que hacer una buena limpieza del apartamento."

Paul Reiss "Sehr schöne Unterkunft in guter Lage 🙂 Schöne Wohnung in Nähe der Altstadt. Ausstattung war wie beschrieben. Parkhaus (St. Nicolas ) in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Altstadt, Münster und Petite France waren jeweils gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. 🙁 Die Erreichbarkeit mit dem Auto ist wegen der Einbahnstraßen ein bisschen ungünstig. Auch ist die Abholung der Schlüssel etwas umständlich, aber insgesamt gut machbar. WLAN Code sollte auch in der Wohnung hinterlegt sein (die Informationen waren nur digital abrufbar und wir hatten anfangs Mühe mit der Verbindung)."

El apartamento estaba muy limpio y equipado. 🙁 Que no tengan servicios de poder dejar las maletas cuando haces chekout. Nuestro vuelo salia a la tarde y tubimos que cargar con las maletas todo el dia."
