Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. This historic home has been renovated to accommodate today's nomadic lifestyles. Placed in the center of Clarkdale this home provides a comfortable stay walking distance away from bars and restaurants and short drives away from some of the most incredible hikes and natural monuments in the US. Trails in Sedona, Prescott, Jerome and even the Grand Canyon are all a drive away.

This was our 2nd stay at the Clarkdale House. We love its central location to all things in the area. Close to Jerome, downtown Cottonwood and the many wineries of the area. Charming house with great hosts.

Clarkdale Park View

This little house was just perfect for us while we stayed in Clarkdale. We loved the park view and convenience of the location. Our hosts responded quickly to our questions. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful little house

This house was a great location for us to be able to shoot out to other areas for day trips. The house was perfect for us. Very clean! Would definitely recommend to anybody staying in the area!

Lovely Cottage

This is a special place to stay! The owners obviously strive to ensure that guests are comfortable. Such a beautiful renovation of this historic house! There is an abundance of special touches that create a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. This cottage, and the town of Clarkdale, are a charming and interesting place to stay, and within an easy drive to all of the other interesting places in this area of Arizona. Definitely would like to stay here again!

Time in Clarkdale

This property was ideal for my older mother while she was looking for a local house to buy. Best location in Clarkdale, right in the heart of the town. Perfect access to the Railroad, Kayaking, Sedona and the local wine culture. Historic house that has been meticulaously remodeled with all expected amenities.

Perfect get away for 2!

This house is centrally located, in a quiet neighborhood. It has been updated to a modern, comfortable bungalow. The king size bed provides a good night's sleep. It's a short drive to Jerome, the Verde Canyon Railway, Tuzigoot, and the fun of Cottonwood. I'd highly recommend this host and the facility

Having stayed in Airbnb’s around the world, we put in so much care and though in our own one. We definitely clean it, as we’d want our next Airbnb on our personal trip to be.

Historic Clarkdale is becoming a must visit in the Verde Valley. Picnic in the park, under a the shade of a tree. Smelter Town Brewery is within few steps away! Viollettes Bakery - will transport you into a European Pastry shop atmosphere with epic Mountain views! Get a good night sleep before hitting the hikes in Sedona.

Newly Renovated one bedroom Historic house - a perfect space to relax and recharge between hiking in Sedona, day tripping to the Grand Canyon and Wine tasting in the Verde Valley.

Our guests who stayed in Sedona, particularly like how Clarkdale/Cottonwood is less crowded. Enjoy the home’s proximity to Dead Horse Ranch State Park, Jerome and Tuzigoot. This Airbnb is for those wanting a clean home, in a peaceful setting with spectacular Mountain Views, from multiple seating spots in the house. The front Porch offers Red Rock views also!

We love traveling and most important thing on a trip is a good night sleep in a King size bed - perfect for lazy mornings and enjoying a cup of coffee in the warm light. TV and Roku both and living room and bedroom.

Our number one priority is cleanliness. All linen including duve cover is laundered between guests. All surfaces are disinfected and space is aired.
The large dining table offers a desk space for those who like to combine work and pleasure.
