The living room area is equipped with a very comfortable sofa, convertible into a double bed, carefully made with hotel-quality linens, and a television. It opens onto a balcony with a table and chairs where you can relax in the sun.

The dining area is suitable for two guests. The fully equipped kitchen includes all the essential utensils for preparing your meals. A washing machine is also available.

The apartment has reversible air conditioning.

The bathroom includes a sink, mirror, shower, and toilet.

The apartment is professionally cleaned between stays.

Please note that the accommodation is not suitable for guests with reduced mobility.

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of €20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
