Un séjour presque parfait.

L’appartement est situé dans une rue piétonne, ce qui est très agréable, car on peut laisser les portes - fenêtres ouvertes, et profiter des 2 balcons. Nous y sommes restés 4 nuits, fin octobre, il faisait beau, la température était douce et agréable, alors nous avons particulièrement apprécié de pouvoir ouvrir les fenêtres ouvertes. La cuisine est bien équipée, le salon salle-à-manger est très spacieux et confortable, ce qui est très appréciable après une longue journées de visites culturelles et balades à travers la ville. En revanche, l'une des chambres n'a pas de fenêtre et ne peut être aérée qu'en l'ouvrant sur le couloir. Les deux autres chambres disposent de fenêtres mais ces fenêtres donnent sur des puits de jour étroits, assez sombres et mal ventilés, qui font caisse de résonnance lorsque les voisins, bruyants, ont leurs fenêtres ouvertes. Mieux vaut donc prévoir des boules Quiès si on a le sommeil léger. La literie est très confortable, et le ménage était très bien fait. Les produits de toilette sont fournis pour un séjour longue durée. Et il y a de quoi prendre un petit déjeuner (sachets de thé, dosettes de café, sucre) + de quoi faire la vaisselle. Le système de communication avec le loueur, exclusivement par messagerie, n'est pas très pratique, car il ne s'agit pas d'une messagerie instantanée. Nous avons eu des difficultés pour ouvrir la porte d'entrée de l'immeuble et il a fallu qu'on se débrouille en attendant que l'agence nous envoie le digicode.

Good flat for short stay

The flat is spacious and the rooms ok for a short stay. The location is good and well connected to the city. The staff was very helpful and I appreciated they tried to accommodate our requests promptly. We also liked the welcome kits and the drinks on the fridge. One thing we noticed on the flat is that the walls are super thin, so you can hear pretty much everything going on outside the rooms and the flat, we were able to hear our neighbours coming in and out and even the cleaning ladies upstairs doing their job in the morning. Also there were so many weird noises coming from the heating and the pipes, overall we couldn’t enjoy a very quiet resting night. If you have a light sleep, maybe this flat won’t be the best choice. Overall our stay was “good”. We felt the value for what we paid was there.

Amazing location!!!!

We had 5 adults in our group so the apartment was found to be very spacious and comfortable with amazing amenities. We loved, loved, loved, the central location and the endless restaurants, bars, and grocery stores that were within walking distance. Lots of sights were also found within a 30 min walking distance. I totally recommend and would return for another stay.
