Condo was up to date and lovely! The bed was quite comfortable. Having two bathrooms was convenient. Watching the canoe club canoes each morning as we had our breakfast on the lanai was a bonus! Beach views were amazing. Walking the beach was both relaxing and gave us some exercise. We look forward to coming back someday soon!!

The kitchen was well stocked. Check-in was efficient and everyone was very pleasant. The view is amazing, saw turtles, walked the beach and shopping was convenient.

Great location, overlooking the ocean and within a short drive to restaurants and shops

Seamless check in, comfortable bed, fully stocked kitchen, huge fridge. Having 2 bathrooms was a big plus

Awesome place for the price

Although the unit could use a few upgrades (new carpet in the bedroom, more comfortable outdoor seating on the lani), the view of the ocean and the access to the beach was amazing. It’s a quiet, clean and safe place to stay!

This was an awesome condo with a great view. Loved the location. Convenient to have a farmer's market, pastry shop, shaved ice, and ABC store so close also.

On the beach

This property is directly on the beach. You cannot get any closer. The are is good with a farmers market and bakery across the street.

An unbelievable experience!

This condo is in one of the most beautiful beaches in Maui. We had easy acces to the beach and the pool. There are tons of fun places to eat and shop for food, and drinks, and souvenirs. We absolutely love this place and hope to come back soon! Mahalo!

The location, unfortunately, wasn’t as expected. The immediate area felt a bit run-down and when we arrived there were people loitering right next to the parking lot. It didn’t give a great first impression in terms of safety. Inside the unit, the condition was below standard. The bedroom paint was uneven and faded, the carpet was old, and the overall space felt quite dingy vs how it appeared in photos. We also had multiple functional issues: one day we didn’t have hot water, hooks fell off the wall when we tried to use them, and a bathroom door handle was broken and frequently stuck. What made things more frustrating was the response from management. This property is managed by Alii Resorts. When I called to request help and understand my options I was told to give it a shot. And when I asked what would happen if things didn’t improve the manager clarified he didn’t mean give it a shot and then we’ll help fix it he meant give it a shot because you have no other options. It felt dismissive and unprofessional. The following day, the management company called to ask if they could bring “something” to improve our stay but offered no specifics, which came across more as appeasing a review than addressing the underlying issues. I travel regularly and genuinely try to be flexible, but given the condition of the property and handling of our concerns, I can’t recommend this rental.

Location location

The view here is breathtaking and we enjoyed many hours just listening to the waves crashing on the shore. The unit is desperately in need of updating as there is paint peeling right at the front door and the bedroom is dark and uninviting. Management was wonderful and accommodated in every way they could.

Great condo and location

My wife and I loved our stay in 307 for our honeymoon. The condo itself has everything we needed and was extremely comfortable and had nice updates. The lanai had an amazing view to make for great morning and evenings of relaxation. The area was great for us. We enjoyed that it was close to everything but also not overcrowded like some of the resort type areas. The check in process was a little confusing after we were told someone would meet us at the condo then told we had to stop by the main office but that was a small negative on a trip that was amazing. We would definitely recommend and return in the future

Great experience.

The Ali’i staff was exceptional from accommodating last minute moves due to construction to checking in on us to make sure everything was to our liking. Great staff! Unit has a fantastic view, great location and on a very nice beach. Only one small issue was the lanai. It has the A/C compressor on it and it blows hot air to the point you can’t sit outside if it is on. It is easily turned off with remote but the the inside heats up. Really wasn’t a big deal for us but might be for others. Great place for a good price.

Marvelous Maui

Property was a nice location right on the beach. Sorry to say there was also a stranded 85 foot boat in front of us. Not the condos responsibility though. Condo was adequate and clean could use some updating but so could I at home. Barbecue is inconvenient and next to the garbage.. would have been nice to have a representative. Explain the workings of the condo but nothing too hard Here to figure out except the television! Susan was a great help

Great view, great property!

This was a great property. The unit was nicely appointed and newly renovated. The view is post-card beautiful. The property is well maintained and its easily accessible. It has everything you need, just bring a toothbrush and flip flops--or buy them at the ABC store across the street! The staff is great too. There is no laundry inside the unit but it is just around the corner on the same floor so it was not a problem--they even provide the laundry soap. There is a great farmers market across the street as well as a convenience store, great bakery and one of the best shave ice places on the island! No need for an alarm clock either, the chickens across the street will tell you when it's time to get up--so Maui! This is a stay again property! Thanks 307!! T-

Great Location

Location is what this place is all about - you couldn't be any closer to the ocean unless you are in it - it is wonderful! The Management was excellent & made the check in & out process very easy. They kept us informed when the Condo was going to be ready and got us in as soon as possible since we came in on an morning flight. The Condo itself I wouldn't recommend - we came with our entire family so we had rented 6 of the Condo's - I can say that all of the other Units were better equipment and updated - they were all very lovely - I would come back and rent one of the other ones. Our Condo was in desperate need of some updates - the furniture is very old and terribly uncomfortable - I don't know how anyone can sit in the 2 chairs in the living room - they are unstable - an older person would not be able to get in and out of them - the linen was very old and needs replacing & the chairs out on the patio do not have the same cushions that is pictured on the website - ours were thin and don't fit the chairs. The other Condo's came with Tommy Bahama chairs and a sand umbrella - ours came with 2 camping type chairs & no umbrella. While they provided 2 beach towels once again the other Condo's my family rented came with at least 4 or more. We made everything work and had a wonderful trip but since I was able to be in 5 other Condo's in the same building I feel like I can fairly state that ours was below the standards as some of the other Condo's.

Incredible room in best location on Maui

The condo was beautiful with a great view of the bay. Quietly tucked away in a location central to everything you could want in Maui. When we needed a break from hiking and windsurfing, this location was quiet relaxing and modern, like a home away from home. 10 of 10 would stay again. Lot's of paperwork, email, etc when checking in. However this was during the COVID pandemic so the extra paperwork was to be expected.

Great place in Kihei

Perfect location for a stay on Maui. Everything was great and as expected...would definitely stay again. Only thing to mention is the bed could use replacing - there was quite a dip in the middle which led to a few sore mornings. Sugar Beach Bakery about 20 feet away helped us forget about our backs, though.

Amazing location!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Perfect location, beautiful non crowded beach. The condo was beautifully updated and only reason I give it a 4 out of 5 is we would have loved to see the bedroom updated. Old carpet for me was a drawback. But the bed was comfortable, bathrooms were clean and updated, and the balcony for watching the sunsets was our absolute favorite. Would recommend!!
