私たちの家族は過去25年間、キヘイ地域を訪れていました。 シュガービーチは、マウイ島のお気に入りのスポットの1つです。 ビーチで何マイルも歩いて、ラナイから素晴らしい夕日を楽しむことができます。

Perfect!

We absolutely LOVE Sugar Beach and have stayed in a number of condos and this unit was great! Clean and had a so many updates that we were totally happy with everything. The fridge was big and new, the view was awesome and the beds were comfy. We would definitely stay here again and can't wait to go back. Aloha!

Love this place! Great views!

Really nice place. Patio was huge. Great views! Kitchen was very well equipped. Place was clean! Beach was nice! Only issue was bedroom tvs are very small.....But we were not watching much tv anyway. Also, not much in the way of restaurants within walking distance.

Amazing view, ample amenities, needs some updating

We had an amazing stay at the Sugar Beach Resort property! The condo was easy to access, free parking, right on the beach, corner unit with a great view of Molokini Crater and Kaho'olawe. Unit was clean, dishwasher, washer, dryer all worked great. Folding chairs provided. Snorkel rental shop and sandwich shop on property. Nice pool and hut tub. Some of the furniture seemed a bit outdated. Carpet on balcony was stained; could use a bit of updating/modernizing. Overall, we were very comfortable, safe, and happy here!

Spectacular Views

Greatest endorsement is our intent to return to this condo!. Sugar Beach is a beautiful 2.5 miles of palm lined beach of low density condos/homes. It is next to Haycraft Park which is a public beach that is equally long. Kihei is a small town full of great restaurants and great fresh fish at Times Market. Sugar Beach Resort is 35 yrs old. Grounds are well kept with lots of flowering shrubs. On sight is a Sundries/management shop and a great Bar! Unit 540 is on the fifth floor and has a double lanai furnished with 2 lounges and table for 4. There are several palms swaying in front of this lanai and the views are spectacular. Condo has been upgraded. The decor is classic Vintage Hawaiian. The Alii Mgmt company is very responsive should you have any issue.

Really enjoyed Unit 540. Nice decor and view.

Only negative was that clothes washer stopped working (water spurting from beneath unit) and needed to be replaced (after we left). However, Angelina arranged access to 3 other units over 1 week where we could temp access to wash/dry clothes. Thanks to her.

Great location, pleasant setting.

Property was clean and updated. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pans, silverware and odds and ends. Beds were very comfortable and view from deck was beautiful. Only complaint is that the cushions on furniture both inside and out were dingy and in need of replacement. Other than that, and a missing fan in the bathroom it is an excellent rental and I would definitely go back again.

Clean and comfortable. Great condo! Great Time in Maui

The Condo was exactly as advertised. Great view of the ocean. The Condo was well kept and gorgeous. It was a perfect size with a nice kitchen, living space and bedroom. The room was also well equipped with any supplies we needed (kitchen stuff, towels, chairs, etc.). We spent most of our trip out exploring the island but it was a great place to come back to each night and a gorgeous view to wake up to each. Kihei was an ideal location for us to stay so we could explore the entire island without any long drives.

Beautiful condo - great space, awesome lanai, perfect beach and ocean view!

Wonderful place to stay, far enough away from crowds but close enough to drive a short distance for food, shopping, activities. Loved the constant ocean sounds and view. We are definitely staying here again on our next visit to Maui. I don’t want to leave!

This condo was fabulous and exceeded our expectations! Clean, modern, and well-equipped, with comfy beds and ample space to spread out. Having a double lanai (porch) , with cushioned lounge chairs and table/chairs, facing the ocean, with breezes and gentle waves, was frosting on the cake!!!! The Ali'i staff was professional and attentive. Unit #540 made our time in Maui exceptional.
