Fetch Another Round ┃ 4 beds 3.5 bath, Sleeps 14┃ Less than 5 min walk to beach! 2 Beach Access Points - Directly across from Tom Thumb or at One Seagrove.
Fetch Another Round is a brand new professionally decorated home right in the middle of everything 30A has to offer. You will love the convenience of being able to walk or bike to your favorite restaurants, shops, and beach access! Newly built in 2020, Fetch Another Round has a fresh, bright, and airy feel with an open floor plan. The lower level has plenty of room for the whole family to relax and enjoy a meal together. Plenty of sleeping space for everyone as the home has 2 king beds, 4 Queen beds, 2 twin beds and 2 Coleman cots with bedding. Every bedroom has a Smart TV / Premium cable and WIFI. Parking for 3 cars. 4 New Bikes. The community pool is just a few steps from the front door!

House Layout:

First Floor:
Spacious open concept living area. Chefs kitchen with gas range and large island with bar seating for 4. Dining area seats 6. Commercial ice maker..

Second Floor:
- Master Bedroom: King Bed with private en-suite (sleeps 2) 2 Coleman cots/bedding located in closet.
- Secondary Bedroom: 2 queen beds (sleeps 4) *connected to bunk room with Jack and Jill bathroom.
- Bunk Room: 2 twin over queen bunks (sleeps 6)

Third Floor:
-Master Suite with private en-suite featuring large soaking tub. Small balcony for watching sunrise and set over the gulf. Desk and office chair.

Outside:
Outdoor dining for 6 on back deck. Gas grill. Patio features propane powered fire pit with seating area. Outdoor shower with hot water.

This house was a perfect setup for our crew! It was great to have access to bikes, beach chairs, and a kitchen with all of the amenities we needed and more. The proximity to the beach was also a big bonus.

Beautiful home for our family vacation. Short walk to the beach and pool. Very well equipped with beach chairs/umbrellas and everything we needed in the kitchen. Our grandsons loved the bunk room. Thank you, we enjoyed our stay!

Great house for big family

Such a special house - really neat decor, extremely comfortable beds. The owners were so fabulous and super responsive. Very convenient neighborhood close to lots of shops and restaurants and a quick walk to the beach. I think this is a perfect house for a family reunion.

This home offers an excellent layout for families, with spacious rooms, big closets, and bathrooms. The owners have thoughtfully provided high-quality amenities to ensure a comfortable and convenient stay. The outdoor space is equally impressive and perfectly set up. Having stayed in SeaGrove for years, we can confidently say this is the best house we've experienced. We look forward to renting it again year after year!

First Family Vacation

Our stay at this home was amazing! Close to everything you could want (food, ice cream, shops, the gulf). The home is also stocked with your beach essentials- chairs, cart, beach toys, umbrella, etc. The little neighborhood is great too, especially with kids! This was our first time to Santa Rosa Beach/30A. I highly recommend the area and especially Fetch Another Round (The home- I say home vs house because the property managers really make sure you feel at home and enjoy your stay). I think my 3 year old son said it best- “Dad can we come back here so we don’t forget about this home?” Thanks again!

We have stayed in many homes on 30A…but this house tops the list!! Absolutely beautiful decor and wide open lay out. Plenty of beds for 15 guests and bathrooms were large and had everything you needed. Kitchen was stocked with anything you could possibly need to cook with or entertain. Location was great for beach access. You could walk or bike easily. We rented a golf cart but really didn’t need to. The traffic was so bad to Seaside that we didn’t go to the square. Best little ice cream shop around the corner you can walk to. Pizzeria less than a block away. The street was quiet and a safe place for the kids to play and ride bikes. The owners were helpful and answered all questions immediately.

Beautiful home

We were the 1st renters for the new owners of this property. Communication with the owners was great. The home was beautifully appointed and very clean. A welcome bucket was waiting for us when we arrived. The property is a short walk to the beach. The beach access had some stairs in case you are traveling with anyone that can't manage the stairs. There were a couple of additional beach chairs that the owners let us use, which was very helpful as 2 of the chairs we brought broke while we were vacationing. The pool is directly across from the property. We cooked several nights and everything you needed was there and new. There is a fire pit in the backyard and an outdoor shower. There is a donut shop and a bike rental across 30A from this property. We did rent bikes for the week and rode them every morning before we hit the beach. Seaside is about 1.7 miles, which was definitely within walking distance for us. Seagrove is located nicely in the middle of everything. We have come to find out that the new owners are neighbors of ours! You will not be disappointed with this property and we would definitely rent again when we are vacationing with a larger group! Absolutely A-A-Amazing!

This place checks all your vacay lists!!!! Perfect location, tons of space, amazing decor, bikes for riding, lots of beach chairs & carts, great back patio with outdoor shower, very responsive hosts, and last but not least it feels like your at home! Dream Vacation on 30A

This place was AMAZING!!! Gorgeous home just a short walk to the beach. The house is so spacious with beautiful decor. So much room for our party of 12 girls and moms for Spring Break. The back patio with fire pit was such a nice place to relax and chat after a day at the beach. The kitchen had everything you could ever need...including an ice maker. We kept our coolers full every day and never had to purchase ice from the store. Darrin and Tara were so responsive! Fabulous find in Seagrove!!!

Great house in a great location

We stayed here for spring break and loved it. The neighborhood is right across the street from the beach. The house was beautiful and slept all of us comfortably! We will definitely be back
