Without being overlooked, you will have all the necessary comfort during your stay.

The materials are high-end and the dream location 300 meters from the old town and 200 meters from the lake on foot will allow you to make the most of the tranquility but also the proximity to the old town.

For your stay, you have bicycle and boat rental 300m from the apartment.



You have an underground garage available for 1 car.

Underground bicycle parking is also available in the common area.



Mandatory extras in addition to the rate/night are:

- cleaning (price per property) is automatically included in the reservation

- Bed and bathroom linen (NOT INCLUDED): 16.90 euros/person, to be paid before your arrival.



Upon your arrival, if there is a change in the composition of the beds which has not been communicated to the agency before, there will be a charge of 30 euros for the service.



Cleaning and linen rental are two obligatory extras:



Cleaning includes:



- cleaning floors, surfaces and windows

- cleaning the bathroom and sanitary facilities

- disinfection of housing



Cleaning does not include:



- cleaning, drying and storing dishes

- storage of furniture and equipment in the home

- removing food from the refrigerator



Beds are made before arrival and 2 towels are available per person.

The residence was delivered with cameras placed throughout the property, obviously the cameras do not work. We have certification from the owners that the system is inactive.
