この素敵なシャレーは、キャラクターでいっぱいで、3階にあります。
1階には、ダブルとツインのベッドルーム、バスルーム、独立したトイレがあります。 ツインルームには庭への扉があります。
中間階にあるオープンプランのシッティング/ダイニング。 また、キッチンとヒーター付きのコートとブーツのための部屋。 洗面台付きの独立したトイレ。 リビングルームは、デッキ付きのシーティングエリアを備えた長いバルコニーに面しています。
最上階にはメザニンがあり、2つのベッドルーム（ツイン、ダブル）とシャワールームにつながっています。
屋外にある平らな庭園エリアには、一方の端に石のテラスがあり、まっすぐに高山の牧草地に続いています。
冬には、午後と夕方の太陽がシャレーに降り注ぎます。 家は西に面しており、夏にはテラスまたはデッキエリアが常に太陽の下にあります。 セミデタッチです。

休暇中に質問がある場合は、到着のためにシャレーを準備するマージョリーがいつでも利用できます。

Bon rapport qualité prix pour le ski

Logement pour 9 personnes avec confort (4 vraies chambres), bien équipé en cuisine.Dans son jus car de style ancien mais propre.Pratique car a proximité 4mn a pied du funiculaire des Arcs.Pour le tarif c’est très bien.

Le chalet de Kate est très charmant et le cadre est magnifique. Les chambres se situent sur 2 étages / espaces séparés. La cuisine est très bien équipée. Le temps n’était malheureusement pas ensoleillé et nous avons profité du feu de cheminée pour nos soirées. Le contact avec Kate a été très agréable et simple. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Vues superbes du chalet

Super sejour au chalet. La vue est spectaculaire . Manque un lave linge, et une télé en cas de pluie. Surtout s y il a des enfants.

Chouette chalet avec belle vue

Très chouette chalet, bien équipé, et bien situé (à 12min en voiture de Bourg Saint-Maurice et à côté du funiculaire). Propre, fonctionnel, literie convenable, environnement calme. Nous avons passé de chouettes vacances !

Emplacement ideal

Nous étions 7 adultes et avons trouvé l'espace de vie un peu juste.cependant nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans ce chalet cosy. Literie excellente appréciée pour recuperer des journées sportives. vue imprenable sur les montagnes. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.

Great location beautiful area. Owner was super helpful to the point of calling unprompted during the week to check everything was ok, very nice touch.

Lovely alpine chalet (semi detached) smaller than expected. Kitchen very small for 8 of us staying

We stayed 1st week March 2019 as a group of 8 mixed family. Not enough snow to ski in/out which meant having to use the funicular which was not much fun - very very busy and returning to Les Granges only stops every hour on the 20 past! Would stay here again but earlier to guarantee snow to ski in, otherwise would stay in 1800 to avoid the funicular! Would recommend shopping at the Lidl store in Bourg-Saint-Maurice which is a 5 minute walk from the funicular (easy when not walking in ski boots and carrying skis! Chalet could do with a toilet on the top floor- there is just a shower and basin.

Cosy convenient chalet with everything you need.

We had a lovely stay at Christmas. The chalet is charming and has everything you need including a decent sized drying room, a good open fire with a stock of wood and a functional if quite small kitchen. The chalet is cosy rather than luxurious but works well. The furnicular is very close and convenient to Arc 1600 with good links to everywhere. The village is also close to Bourg and easy to drive to, or use the furnicluar. The owner is helpful and responsive which is always appreciated. So if you like staying in remote places conveniently linked to big ski areas I'd recommend this property.

Points positifs : propriétaire, très agréable et prévenante, ayant permis d'arriver un jeudi plutôt qu'un samedi, propreté, lieu calme, belles vues, nombreuses très belles balades si l'on a une voiture car il faut aller de l'autre côté de la vallée (Chapieux, Petit Saint Bernard, Val d'Isère, etc). Points négatifs : châlet petit pour 8 (heureusement il a fait très beau), cuisine minuscule et pauvrement équipée. Donc un peu cher pour le confort proposé.

Très bon séjour, Chalet agréable et bien placé si on a une voiture ... super cadre ! Seul bémol les infos pour rentrer dans l'appartement nous avons du demander à tous les voisins car pas d'instructions ni de téléphone pour joindre la propriétaire.

Calme agréable spacieux

Chalet à 150 mètres de la gare du funiculaire des granges dans un petit hameau super agréable. Secteur calme et bcp d espace et de verdure autour du chalet. Nous avons pu retourner à ski malgré la piste fermée et le manque de neige. Le chalet est spacieux avec 4 belles chambres et 2 salles de bain le tout sur 3 niveaux. La propriétaire est disponible et à l écoute en cas de problème et majorie la personne qui gère le séjour et le ménage gentille et conciliante. Une belle semaine reposante. Merci

Nous étions 5 adultes à nous partager ce chalet confortable et plein de charme Tous ont apprécié : l'espace disponible sur 3 niveaux, les petites attentions amicales faites de bougies, décode Noël , bûches pour la cheminée ..., la grande part de confiance faite aux locataires, La tranquillité du coin et sa vue magnifique La commodité des déplacements: accès aux pistes, accès à Bourg st Maurice grâce à la proximité du funiculaire Nous gardons précieusement cette adresse pour y retourner très vite Merci à Kate la

Chalet cosy au pied des pistes et de remontées mécaniques pour Les Arcs 1600

Joli chalet bien équipé au pied des pistes du hameau "Les Granges" entre Bourg Saint Maurice et Les Arcs. Funiculaire pour accéder au coeur des Arcs 1600 à 3 minutes à pieds. Retour en ski possible par les Granges lorsque l'enneigement est bon. Le chalet est très pratique et bien équipé. Nous avons passé une excellente semaine entre amis. Yda et sa fille Kate qui louent le chalet sont très sympathiques et font le maximum pour que le séjour se passent bien.

We are Luke Morgan and Kate Jenks, brother and sister. With live in the UK, Kate in the north and Luke in the south. We have been enjoying family holidays at this chalet for many years. Our family love the mountains, winter and summer. Leaving Les Granges after a holiday is always a terrible wrench and our guests seem to love it just as much.

We wanted a property with really good access to skiing [no driving or walking far in ski boots!], but which was away from the ironmongery and 'empty resort' feeling that you usually have when visiting ski areas in the summer. We love the farming feel that takes over! An Italian architect has done a fantastic job in renovating the chalet without losing its traditional charm. There is a really friendly feeling in the hamlet..
