Nestled in exclusive Silly Creek Estates, we offer a uniquely designed spacious ocean front villa, with a private pool and pool house. There’s a stone paver path to the ocean, where you can snorkel right off the shore. Unwind and enjoy gorgeous sunsets every evening, from the beautiful screened in lanai, beside the pool, or at the ocean's side. A beautiful peaceful spot to relax and enjoy Providenciales Turks and Caicos Islands from Silver Palm, discover Provo during your stay.

The space
Guests can use the pool house and it doubles as the third bedroom. The house has a modular design, so guests have their own private space in each bedroom.

Great place to stay

I loved this place I would definitely stay there again there was a small issue when it rained but they responded quickly. The setting is beautiful. Thank you for a great stay.

Perfect privacy in Turks and Caicos

After many days of reviewing the multiple homes for rent in Turks and Caicos, we are happy to say we made the right choice deciding to stay at Silver Palm. The island of Provo is beyond beautiful with it's amazing beaches, coral reefs, and crystal clear waters. But, what made this trip perfect was the privacy of this house and the views over the island. The villa offered everything one would need from a well stocked kitchen, beach essentials including coolers and an umbrella, pool floats and plenty of snorkeling gear. If your vacation plans require spending time indoors surrounded by four walls with air conditioning this house may not be right for you. However, if your intent is to enjoy the outdoors and the true beauty of Turks and Caicos, then this is the perfect house! There is no break from the heat of the island, but that is part of the experience and charm of a tropical vacation. We had no issues with the heat as we could cool down in the pool or in the ocean with private access. Sleeping was comfortable with fans and ocean breezes. Additionally, if your plan is to be surrounded by nightlife, walkability to restaurants and stores, then it may be best to stay near Grace Bay. However, the privacy of Silver Palm in our minds, was the best part of our trip. Everything you need is merely a 15-20 minute drive away. Taylor Bay and Sapodilla beaches were less than a 5 minute drive. We loved Silver Palm and plan to return again in the future.

Privacy and peace and quiet

They are no surprises in this property. It is exactly as pictured, with the scenery above and beyond what you see in the photos. We kept the ceiling fans, and the oscillating fans on whenever we were home, and the trade breezes made the house pleasant. There is no air conditioning, but with the fans and the trade winds blowing through the house, we were just fine. The property manager is pleasant and easy to work with. You are not near casinos, nightclubs, or action. It is as peaceful and as quiet and as stunning as you make it. There is a short drive to the grocery stores and to several local spots to eat, that were amazing.

Fantastic Stay

Pros - spectacular home and property … pics don’t do it justice. - so quiet and peaceful vs Grace Bay - screened in sitting area is massive with nothing but views of the ocean and sunset - pool house has bed, kitchen table, microwave, etc. great for a couple or a teenager - property manager is fantastic … checks you in and you’re on your own Considerations - you are about a 15 min drive from Grace Bay so away from the fray but also will need to drive to most restaurants, shops, etc. It worked fine for us and we wouldn’t have enjoyed being in the tourist mix, but if you have teenagers who want to “roam around town” or you want to go out for dinner and have a drink or two, just something to consider. Overall 5 stars on all ratings. Would highly recommend and would stay there again.
