The main living area, both functional and welcoming, includes a relaxation area with a double bed and a television for your moments of rest.

The fully equipped open kitchen has everything you need for cooking: oven, stove, refrigerator, coffee machine (type filter coffee machine), dishes, and utensils. A dining area with a table and chairs allows you to enjoy your meals in comfort.

The bathroom has a shower, a large mirror, a sink, and an integrated toilet. A washing machine is also available for added convenience.

You will have access to Wi-Fi throughout your stay. For your safety, a smoke detector and carbon monoxide detector are installed.

The accommodation is professionally cleaned between each stay to ensure comfort and cleanliness.

All you have to do now is put down your bags and enjoy your stay to the fullest.

Welcome to the 17th arrondissement of Paris! Between calm and serenity, it is good to live in this district of Paris where the Haussmannian architecture is the reference in its long streets and avenues. Rest in one of the many parks in the area such as Parc Monceau and its statues or take a walk through the flower city, a magnificent site served by a private road that gives the impression of walking in a village Heart of the capital.
Take a walk through the poncelet market, where you will find everything you need to eat, meat, fish, fruits and vegetables of very good quality. Continue your shopping walk through the market of Batignolles, a covered market famous for its organic products.
To eat, take a walk by the street Truffaut! Le refuge, O Batignolles, Aux couleurs du monde are very good signs!

Transportation: I recommend you to take a VTC or a taxi from the airport to the apartment or take the RER B to Gare du Nord then line 2 to the Place de clichy station then line 13 Until guy moquet, about 1H30.

The apartment is also easily accessible by metro: Metro Guy Moquet (line 13) 2 minutes walk from the apartment or place de clichy (line 2) 8 minutes walk also

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 might incur a 20€ surcharge. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a 300€ smoking fee, at minimum.

For any reservation exceeding 30 days, a civil or mobility lease will need to be signed upon your arrival and departure, along with an inventory conducted with one of our agents. A deposit will also be required.
