Currently being updated for 2021 Season! Southwinds A6 is a non-smoking, 2 bedroom/2 bath condo located on the 1st floor. Unit is oceanfront with views of the ocean. The condo has a full size kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster oven and blender. A washer and dryer are located inside this condo. There is wireless internet, 1 TVs (one in the living room). The main bedroom has a queen size bed. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds. Southwinds does not allow renters to have pets. This unit is available for weekly and partial weeks with a 2 night-minimum stay. Please contact for rates on partial weeks. Rates include departure maid service and admin fee. Linens and trip insurance are optional and available for additional costs. Tax is 12.75%.

Nice place at the beach

Place was neat and clean. Very close and easy walk to beach. New mattresses would help as they were uncomfortable and you could feel every move we each made. But overall, we enjoyed our time there.

Great stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful weekend at this unit. The first floor oceanfront made it a breeze to haul our stuff in and out and walk to the beach. The kitchen supplies like pots/pans were a bit disorganized, and the kitchen could have used a couple more items like a cookie sheet/pizza pan. The sliding door was difficult to unlock and lock. The pool is right outside the door, which is awesome. We love Southwinds And Surfside makes it so easy to rent!

End of Summer getaway

We really enjoyed the condo. It was easy access to the beach and pool. The furniture and decorations were appropriate for the beach. There was plenty of room for just 3 of us, but 1 or 2 more would have been fine. The balcony was a nice place to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning. We would stay here again.
