Unit J is fully furnished with 2 Bedrooms, 1 King bed, 1 Bunk bed full over full, 2 bathroom(s), Fully equipped kitchen, Balcony , Washer and Dryer, Flat screen TVs, High speed wireless internet (WIFI) and an Outdoor shower(s) . Also included are beach towels, beach chairs, coolers and boogie boards. Amenities include private walkways to the beach, two outdoor pools, a beautiful courtyard, gazebos, outdoor grilling facilities and laundry accommodations. Great little place; perfect for my fam of 4

Everything as advertised. Terry was very responsive. Enjoyed our 4 days near the beach and Fort Macon. I would recommend.

Thanksgiving vacation

This is our third year staying at this condo and we’ve already booked it for next year. It’s well stocked, clean and extremely comfortable. This condo is in a great location with lots of shops and restaurants close by. You can’t go wrong staying here!

Wonderful Mother Daughter Trip

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. The space and layout were perfect. It was quiet and clean. It really had everything we needed - supplies and the washer and dryer were an added bonus. The 2 pool options were great as well. We would love to come back!

Beautiful and very clean. Easy access to the beach and very nice beach itself. A lot of attractions to explore within driving distance and close to many great restaurants. Amazing stay overall!

Atlantic Beach Getaway

This is a comfortable, clean, and well-located apartment! Everything was perfect! We enjoyed walking on the beach, hiking the nature trails, exploring Fort Macon, birdwatching, and much more. Thanks for a great stay!

Pleasant stay

Well cared for, comfortable bed, and well equipped with the essentials; this condo was perfect for our escape from the frigid weather we left at home. Easy access to the beach was appreciated and proximity to Fort Morgan and the NC Aquarium was a plus

Winter beach trip

This is the 2nd year we’ve stayed in this condo and have already reserved it for next year! It has all the comforts of home and the owner has very thoughtfully stocked it with all the extras.

Family Vacation

I have rented numerous units at Southwinds over the years, but this unit was by far the nicest. Modern decor throuhout, very lovely. All you need to bring is your clothes & food. The host, Terry, provides galore amenitities.The unit has about everything. I highly recommend. EXCELLANT stay

Great stay at beautiful property

This was one of our favorite properties so far. The location was perfect and close to all of our favorite restaurants. The beach is beautiful and accessible from the property. The home was very clean and had everything we could possibly need. The bed was extremely comfortable and that’s always a huge plus to me because I have had several back surgeries and have a lot of difficulty finding beds that’s aren’t uncomfortable but this one was great! We will definitely rent here again in the future. Thank you again!

Wonderful family vacation spot

This place has everything that you need for a relaxing family vacation. My son compared it to Whoville, where everyone is pleasant and even started calling it paradise after we were greeted by another tenant. There are so many extras here that are provided that you don’t get in other vacation spots. Definitely looking forward to coming back!

Easy and excellent

This location provided exactly what we needed. Very close to the beach and reasonably priced. No issues with checking in and the description was spot on. Only heads up is the master bathroom is rather small; however, the other one was just right so not that big of a deal. Enjoyed our stay 100%

Beach stay

We traveled from Wisconsin, and were planning to purchase beach items. We were pleasantly surprised to realize this property had those items we were able to use. Location was good to walk down into the beach. Quiet and low traffic. We had a great time.

Felt Like Home

Our family of 4 enjoyed our stay. Quick walk to the beach through the complex parking lot. The unit had everything we needed down to napkins and dish soap. Very clean and had everything we needed including extra pool and beach gear.

Family Vacation

The property was very nice and had everything we needed. There was an internet issue during the stay and Terry contacted the provider and worked to get the issue resolved. All of the amenities were as listed. I would recommend bringing a wagon if you have a lot of things to carry to the beach. It is quite a long walk if you’re carrying things.

Summer vacation

Meet our expectations with a few extra’s in case anyone forgets anything. We even had the best view to watch fireworks on the forth of July. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Beach Vibe Condo

The first floor unit was easy to access from the parking area. The unit was just like the listing clean, with a great beach vibe. The layout was great and the extras were amazing. Nicely stocked kitchen. Beach towels, chairs and etc. Would stay here again.
