Absolutely beautiful condo to fully enjoy during your Myrtle Beach vacation! This unit is personally owned, maintained, managed and cleaned by us. Relax in a newly decorated and updated 1 bedroom, 1 bath condo in Magnolia Place, part of Myrtlewood Villas. Take the elevator to your top floor corner unit with cathedral ceilings and lots of natural light. There is no one above you! Corner units offer three walls of windows for that extra brightness. Make yourself at home in the comfortably appointed living room with 55" t.v. The condo has a fully equipped kitchen and a nice sized dining area with table for 4 to play a game of Scrabble, Clue, Uno or many other games provided by your host. Enjoy snacks, coffee or a glass of wine outside on your porch deck with mosaic-topped table and 2 chairs then cap off your day by enjoying a great night sleep in the king sized bed while watching your favorite shows on the 42" t.v.. An outdoor pool is a short walk away, the beach only a five-minute drive. Multiple golf courses (two 18 hole golf courses on site), great restaurants, shopping and other Myrtle Beach attractions abound. This condo can sleep 4 people comfortably between the king-sized bed in the bedroom and the queen mattress pull-out sofa in the living room.
Now thru August 31st we are offering a 10% DISCOUNT for stays of 7 days or longer! ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING OR PETS IN THIS CONDO AT ANYTIME!!

Great Stay

The condo was perfect for us to stay at during a softball tournament. Location was ideal! Great places to eat close by. Short drive to a quiet beach. Will definitely stay here again.

Awesome property

This was the most convenient vacation, everything we needed was there. It was the easiest checkin I have ever experienced in my life. It was my brother's 1st time to beach and he wants to come back to this property, so quite and serene. Even tho the ower says dont clean, this spot reminds you of home so much you gotta take care of it. We left some items in refrigerator by mistake rushing but no means for them to clean. Love love loved it!

C.C.U Move in.

Needed a place to stay to move my daughter into college. Just didn't want to stay in Hotel .I found this rental. I couldn't been more satisfied. It was in a great location .clean.and very easy to check in. I will be staying here again Thanks Paul.

Beautiful Property!

We loved everything about the condo! Accurately described in the post. King bed was amazing! Paul was a great host! Great location, close to everything but far enough away from all the noise and partying. We will definitely be staying again.

He has owned several similar properties in the past, mainly on Cape Cod, and takes pride in personally managing his properties so that his guests have the utmost enjoyment when visiting. Cleanliness is his top priority, therefore he personally cleans his properties himself. You will not be disappointed!

There is no better location. This unit is centrally located to everything Myrtle Beach has to offer. It is situated on the top floor of an elevated building with a pool right out back and free parking. It is an end unit with lots of natural light as well as cathedral ceilings.
