This classic Cape beauty with center fireplace is located in the desirable Tonset area of Orleans. Enjoy nearby access to Town Cove via Asa's Landing, which is just a half mile walk down the road and where you can put in your kayak, paddle board, etc. and enjoy the protected waters of the Cove! Paddle over to Hopkins Island and explore! or load up the Kayak with beach gear and paddle over to the quiet side of Nauset Beach and enjoy a peaceful experience of one of the most gorgeous beaches on Cape Cod (Kayaks & SUPs can be rented nearby). Also less than 1 mile to Tonset Road Landing is the beautiful Weeset Point Trail with footpath access to Town Cove and the Nauset Harbor Estuary where you will enjoy a walk on the marsh path along Nauset Harbor!

This lovely 3 bedroom home is also just 2.5 miles to the spectacular Nauset Beach, which offers plenty of parking and restrooms. The popular Skaket Beach is just 4 miles away on the Bay side, and is beloved for its tidal pools and sunsets, snack bar & washrooms!

Back at home after a day on the beach, in the water, or on the Cape Cod Rail Trail, you'll enjoy dining al fresco on the spacious deck overlooking the pretty back yard. There is also plenty of space for a family movie or game night as well in the spacious, comfortable family room.

After a long day of play, you'll enjoy a great night's sleep in one of 3 bedrooms in this single story home. Largest bedroom offers a King size bed, the 2 other bedrooms offer 2 twins in each. You'll wake well rested and ready to enjoy a sweet little morning stroll through the neighborhood, with water views just one block over!

East Orleans village, which includes a farm stand, butcher shop, bakery/coffee cafe, deli, homemade ice cream parlor, antique shops, and gourmet restaurants is just 2 miles down the road.

This sweet spot offers so much to love, it may just become your new favorite Cape rental location!

I am from the Boston area and have been enjoying summers on Cape Cod for decades. We loved bringing our kids to the Cape Cod Beaches when they were little, and we had a great time renting in various towns throughout the Cape. We have spent many summer weeks in Brewster, Orleans, and Harwichport. They all have been unique and lovely experiences and we are thrilled to provide others with the chance to do the same at our pretty little spot in Orleans!

We chose this spot in Orleans because it is a charming, quiet location situated very close to the water. Orleans is a great town with lots of interesting boutique shops, grocery markets, specialty food stores, and restaurants. It really does offer a bit more than many other towns on the Cape. I love it's proximity to the breath-taking beaches along the National Seashore. The vibe is a lot different than the upper/mid cape areas, and our location gets you closer to the many special places to explore on the outer Cape.

この宿泊施設の特徴

Our place feels like home. It is comfortable in an easy going way. It is a year round home and feels a more refined than a typical cape cod cottage (which sometimes feel a little creaky and stale). The deck and backyard are great spaces for dining al fresco, or enjoying your morning coffee. We love the water access at Weeset Point and Asa's landing, particularly for SUP/Kayak explorations. Heading to the back side of Nauset Beach from Weeset via the inlet is really a unique experience!
