The beach is close enough to walk but no where to walk but along a busy road. House was nice. Mattresses need updated and not just topped. Overall, a decent place for the money.

This property was great for our visit. It was close to where I needed to be. We didn't spend much time in the home unfortunately. I will say we had to call for service and Del Mar was amazing!

Family reunion

This spot worked well for us. Close to my brother’s home where we spent most of our time. It was lovely to hear all the birds singing in the morning.

We enjoyed everything but not having toiletries available is a mistake. Not sure why they made that decision but it should be reconsidered

Great location and nice property

We enjoyed staying at this roomy and perfectly located home. Being so close to Nauset beach and downtown Orleans was awesome. Our 1 complaint and reason for the 4 star rating is that the cleaning was over the top. For example - the refrigerator smelled strongly of bleach and it was so bad we could not use the refrigerator to store any food during our stay. When we first arrived, the home itself also had a strong cleaning smell that was very noticeable until we had opened all the windows and aired things out for hours. I'd recommend that your cleaning service turn it down on the cleaners used.

Prime location!

Extremely clean, very comfortable, great location! We loved our three weeks in this lovely home. Our adult children joined us for a few days and it was perfect. Great beach days, grilled out, played games. Such a wonderful time. Can’t wait to return!

Beautiful home near beach and Cape attractions

Thank you for a great stay! Beautiful property proximate to Nauset Beach, Orleans, and other key Cape spots. Appreciate the flexibility on our check out time as well. We will look up Del Mar next time we are on the Cape!

Awesome stay for our family celebration!

We treated my Mom to a trip to The Cape for her 90th birthday and our stay here could not have been better! The home is well appointed; plenty of room for us to spread out and relax. The kitchen has everything you need and there’s ample linens. DelMar is extremely responsive to concerns. The mattress in the back bedroom was way too firm for me and they brought over a mattress topper . Slept well the next two nights.

Delightful getaway

We took a brief 5 day trip to the Cape. The Beach Rose House met all our needs better than we expected. Great location near Nauset Beach, very clean and well equipped. Would be happy to stay again.

Cape Cod weekend getaway...

Property was exactly as advertised, very clean with a well equipped kitchen. Centrally located with everything you could need within a close drive. We would definitely consider this property for future trips to the Cape.

Long weekend trip

The condo was lovely! Tons of space for playing games and lounging around for a family trip. Beautifully appointed and larger than we expected. Walking distance to Nauset Beach and a short drive from great restaurants and Skaket beach. Highly recommend!

Awesome week on the Cape

Overall it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. Property was top-notch, clean, comfortable, and ideally located. Owners were attentive, polite, and provided everything we could have asked for. See you next year!

Sweet Serenity in Orleans

My mom and I absolutely loved your property. It was cozy, comfortable and clean. The central location was perfect for day trips to Provincetown and to Nantucket. The proximity to the beach, grocery stores, shops and restaurants was also perfect. The town itself is so beautiful and quaint we just fell in love with the area. We loved the peace and quiet of the area in this off-season time. The only downsides to the property were that the pillow shams looked Dirty, the light fixture in the downstairs bathroom needs to be fixed and one of the windows in the TV room needs to have the lock checked. Overall, I would recommend this property to families or friends. It was wonderful and I hope to visit again one day!

We had a nice time. The weather wasn't the best for beach or outside trips. It was a great place to relax. Kitchen well equipped. We felt at home and treated the house as such. We weren't able to hear the ocean from the house though

Our stay at Number 4, 160 Beach Road

Beautiful property in a quiet location with a lovely garden and just 5 minutes from Nauset Beach. The property is maintained in excellent condition, extremely clean and all rooms are extensively furnished. The kitchen is terrific with all the utensils and crockery you could wish for if you want to cook at home. If you want to eat outside there is a great barbecue and a large table with chairs to enjoy your meal. We enjoyed eating dinner at the Barley Neck Inn which is just a mile away and breakfasting at the Hole in One Diner in downtown Orleans. The property provides an excellent jump off point to visit many of the attractions of the Cape, including Provincetown, Hyannis, Chatham, Wellfleet and Salt Lake Pond. To sum up, we had a GREAT TIME!!
