We also offer free beach seasonal beach service (one set of chairs plus umbrella) set up daily March 1 - October 31!

THE FINE PRINT

• Minimum Age: This property requires a minimum of one adult over the age of 25 stay at the property throughout the entire rental term. The primary guest is responsible for all additional guests.
• Pet Free Property - Per the signed Rental Agreement, any violation of the NO PET policy will result in immediate eviction, plus additional cleaning charges. Our building does not allow guest pets and Emotional Support Animals are not required to be allowed by law in vacation rentals.
• All reservations include a mandatory rental agreement to finalize your reservation that must be signed within 48 hours. All your arrival information will be included in this information for an easy and organized vacation experience!
• CHECK-IN BEGINS AT 4:00 PM and CHECK-OUT IS BY 10:00 AM. You will be notified automatically on arrival day if the property is available for early arrival – fees may apply.
• Easy self-check-in is available via the keypad on the front door - a personalized code will be in your arrival instructions at check in time.
• Every reservation includes an accidental damage waiver for separate purchase or a security deposit hold – should any accidental damage occur during your stay, simply notify us as soon as you can and provide a photo. We will file the damage waiver and replace/repair before the next rental guests arrive!
• We offer optional post booking travel insurance to protect your vacation investment – this will include trip cancellations and delays, medical conditions, hurricanes, and much more.
• No smoking/vaping/drugs/firearms allowed in our condo or on the balcony
• Max number of guests includes guests of all ages including infants/children to comply with our vacation rental permit, HOA laws, and local fire code laws. Exceeding the guest count is grounds for immediate eviction with no refund.
• All guests booking through the Airbnb booking platform will be required to upload a valid ID for check-in purposes.

*Departure instructions: We don't believe in long chore lists for our guests - you are here to relax! All we ask is that our guests remove all trash and food and start the dishwasher with any remaining dishes. This small list allows our professional housekeeping team to clean and sanitize the condo during our short rental turn in time for our next guests. We appreciate you!
Seasonal beach service has been paid for - this allows you to have 2 chairs plus umbrella set up each day of your stay. There is a finite number of beach sets, so we recommend talking to the attendant early in the morning to "stake your claim" on the chairs, especially during the busy summer season. We do not charge our guests extra for beach service, and we do not offer refunds if it is not available as we have no control over the beach service vendor!

Mainsail allows only 2 cars on property per reservation. Upon arrival you will check in with the gate attendant for your parking pass/passes for your stay. Guests have covered parking under the tennis courts which keeps your car nice and cool! Please note - your reservation includes 1 car. If you need to bring a 2nd car, we will charge the additional $55 before arrival for the 2nd car.
