**The Mainsail HOA will be removing the tennis court and parking structure next to our condo beginning late February to Memorial Day (dates may change due to weather). There will be noise and dust during construction hours (typically from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm daily M-F with makeup days on weekends). Our rates have been discounted to reflect this inconvenience. We apologize for any inconvenience. **

Welcome to Mainsail 414 - Gigi's Beach Condo, a beautifully updated 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom getaway located in the heart of Miramar Beach. This inviting coastal retreat features an open concept living and dining area with partial Gulf views from the private balcony, creating the perfect setting for relaxing after a day at the beach. The spacious master suite offers a king bed and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower, while the guest bedroom includes a comfortable queen bed. A sleeper sofa in the living area allows the condo to accommodate up to 6 guests, making it ideal for families or small groups. With its thoughtful layout and prime location, Gigi's Beach Condo serves as an excellent home base for a memorable beach escape.

Mainsail Resort spans 15 beautifully maintained Gulf front acres and is conveniently located just across Highway 98 from Silver Sands Premium Outlets. Guests enjoy easy access to dining, shopping, golf, and area attractions, all while staying in a secure, family-friendly beachfront community.

Spring Beach Trip

We enjoyed our stay here very much. This unit was very clean, very pretty and had everything we needed to make our stay great. The location is convenient to groceries, shopping and restaurants. We will definitely try to stay here again.

Beautiful and Comfortable Condo at Mainsail

Great communication, homey, beds are comfortable, master bedroom was big with plenty of space for our pack’n play, kitchen had essentials, a decent view of the ocean from one of the balconies, and the pool and kiddie pool were nice. I would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful

Cleanliness was great considering all the sand that gets everywhere. Love the location and how close it is to the beach. Pool for the kids hot tub for the kids lol and adults with grills to cook dinner. Will be back next year.

Great Vacation

This Condo was everything we expected. The only complaint we would have is the mattress in master bedroom was not comfortable, very very firm. We will definitely be coming back to Mainsails. The owners were great to work with

Thanks, Carolyn - I am so glad you enjoyed your vacation! Mattresses can always be tricky as some people like really soft and some like a concrete slab (haha!) This new mattress is a medium firm memory foam mattress that has rave reviews and will please almost every guest!

Winter getaway

My husband and I have stayed at Mainsail several times over the years and always enjoy our stays. We utilize the hot tub, heated pool, fitness room, shuffleboard and enjoy the short walk to the beautiful beach. This property was very nice and clean and exactly as described and in the photos. It was very large and comfortable and had everything we needed. There are lots of windows to bring in the sunshine and two huge balconies. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Vacation

The condo was perfect. Will list pros and cons Pros: Condo: fully stocked! Comes with everything you could need! Appliances worked great! Condo was super clean and ready to go. Location; condo is just a little walk to the beach. Right by parking garage. Condo is right by outlet mall and lot of eating places and fun activities for the kids. Beach: super clean! Water is so clear! Condo comes with 2 chairs and an umbrella. Pool; big pool and hot tub. Super clean and the kids had a lot of fun Arcade: fun games for the kids Safety; love the security gate at the entrance and there is a patroller the grounds. Cons; Balcony has no few of ocean. Only have few of parking lot and parking garage Beds were a little hard for my comfort level To sun it up we he a great vacation. Would definitely consider coming back to the same condo next year!

Very nice

The condo was exactly as our family expected, very clean and lots of space for everyone. We loved how close the condo was to the beach access and that it was located on the second floor. My only recommendation would be a drying rack for wet swimsuits and towels. Very nice condo, we will be back.

Pleasant Surprise

Our experience at this condo was better than we expected. The size of it was much larger than the pictures gave the impression of, the host/hostess did a great job with the directions they gave us for checking in, and overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The location to the beach was great, and the beach itself was very nice. We would definitely consider staying here again on our next trip to Destin/Miramar Beach. The two main things we wish it would have had were BBQ utensils for the grills outside, and a Keurig. Other than that, the condo was well stocked with everything we needed.

Awesome family vacation

Condo was perfect set up for our two families. Very clean and easy to access. Only down would be the internet was spotty a lot on. Connection at times. All in all we had a great week
