Perfection in Paradise! The condo was even better than described. The location on Sugar Beach, a perfect beach for families, plus the pool and hot tub were a fun playground. The beds, primary & pull-out, were extremely comfortable for both of us, plus there is everything you need to cook and dine in. It’s a perfect location for all Maui has to offer. Looking forward to going back to this wonderful vacation rental.

Beautiful View and the Sound of Crashing Waves

Tidy, clean, and well stocked. The patio has a phenomenal view of the ocean and shoreline. Listening to the sound of the waves crashing was the key to relaxing in the evening.

Awesome location, very well equipped, and great communication from property manager. Haven’t had the best luck with Vrbo’s in the past, but this was exactly as advertised, exceeding our expectations.

Great Place

Our family of three enjoyed our stay at Sugar Beach resort. The unit was very clean, updated, thoughtfully furnished, and stocked. Management team was easy to deal with and very responsive. We liked the ocean view, pool area, and easy access to the beach. Would definitely recommend.

It was a great stay. Wish there was a television in the bedroom is my only complaint other than the fire alarm going off one morning at 3 am. Didn’t hear what that issue was but I’m sure it wasn’t the property managements fault

Great time in central location between Wailea and Lahaina. Older condo with updates inside. Kitchen stocked appropriately. Amenities were appreciated like laundry in unit. Pool, hot tub and on-site restaurant. Central air did not coo the bedroom as expected, so used the fan to blow air in from entry.

Awesome Location

We really enjoyed our stay at #326 Sugar Beach condo! We love to watch whales and this was a perfect spot to see them from our lanai! The beach was very nice and we enjoyed the access to the hot tub and pool. The condo was a perfect size for two people. It was clean and stocked with dishes, utensils and preparation pans. I’ve been at other VRBO’s that have more house spices than this condo (salt and pepper basically) but we didn’t plan to eat more than breakfast during this stay. If we come back to Maui, we would stay here again.

Great stay in Maui

We had a wonderful stay at Sugar Beach Resort. The condo was very accommodating for our 5 night stay. The management company is nice, but they are a little over the top on needing to talk to you. They told me I had to call to let them know we arrived, then they called the next day to see how our first night was. Then I was told I had to call to find out about check out and the checkout procedures. That definitely could have been sent via email or text. Again, the complex is great. Close to the main road to get out on to adventures. Quiet beach, nice pool and hot tub and a fabulous view.

First time in Maui

The condo at Sugar Beach Resort was perfect! Our unit overlooked the ocean. It was the first and the last thing we saw every day and night. Centrally located to main highway made it very convenient for day excursions. Our only complaint was the resort decided to inform us the week before our stay that the pool would not be usable during our stay for their annual cleaning and repairs. Wish that had been listed ahead of time like other places do. All in all, place was nice, came equipped with all kitchen essentials for eating in. Unit provided beach chairs, cooler and even beach towels. Bonus… in room laundry! Price was good to great for what we got. I highly recommend Sugar Beach Resort- Ali’i Resort We will definitely be staying here again!!!
