In the heart of the Petite-France district, the Apartment “Au Bord de L’Eau” welcomes you for a stay alone, with friends, as a couple or with family, for professional or personal reasons.

Enjoy an exceptional and unobstructed view of the Ill from the living room, with the covered bridge on the left and the Quai du Woerthel opposite, on the other side of an arm of the river. Your closest neighbors will be fish.

Completely renovated, this 48m² accommodation is located on the 1st floor of a small condominium.

It consists

A fully equipped kitchen (hob, fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine),

A living/dining room with a dining area, a double sofa bed and a television.

a bedroom with two single beds.

a bathroom with bathtub and sink,

a separate toilet



Do you want to sleep in a bed measuring 180 cm by 190 cm? Once the reservation has been made, you can reserve a “double bed” option for €30, so that the 2 single beds become a double bed, with a double mattress and a double duvet.



The entire apartment will be yours. Always in the spirit of satisfying you as best as possible during your stay:

cleaning will be done,

the bed will be made with clean sheets, and you will have the necessary linen if you wish to use the sofa bed.

clean towels will be at your disposal as well as a bath mat per bathroom and a tea towel in the kitchen,

Are you coming by car? The Center historique Petite France car park is a 700m walk from the apartment. (24-hour parking around €12). You can also park on the outskirts in a relay car park and reach the apartment by Tram. (€4.20 the first day then €10 per additional day).



The Neighborhood:

The Ill is omnipresent in Petite France, which sometimes leads to it being compared to a little Venice. Where the neighborhood takes shape, the river forms an astonishing delta made up of five arms. Seen from the sky, they strangely resemble the fingers of a hand trying to grasp the entire city. Both peaceful and impetuous, the Ill irrigates the district with all its charm. Take a stroll along its quays, and admire the reflections of the colorful facades of the old houses.



House Rule:

This house is non-smoking. The use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, hookahs and any other smoking device is prohibited.

Smoking or using a smoking device will result in a penalty of €250 in additional cleaning costs.



Bed and bathroom linen as well as standard final cleaning at the end of your stay are included in the price. This includes changing bed linen, general cleaning of the apartment and bathrooms.



However, it is your responsibility to clean and put away the dishes, take out the trash, empty the refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave as well as tidy up inside the apartment. If you do not want to take care of this, you can order a supplement called “full cleaning” of the apartment for 30 euros before your arrival. In the absence of prior reservation for this option, and in the event of non-compliance with these instructions, you will be charged penalties of €60 cleaning costs.



Animals are strictly prohibited.



A signature of a digital contract as well as your identity document, via the Yaago platform, will be requested after booking, as well as information for the police form, in accordance with the regulations in force. If the identity of the people present during the stay does not match that of the reservation, we reserve the right to refuse you access to the accommodation.
