The beach access for that area is through the tunnel as local authorities do not allow golf carts on the main highway. We understand the crowded beach can be frustrating! Unfortunately, this is something out of our control and does occur during peak season. We do hope your had the chance to get some relaxation time and make great memories with your family. We're pleased to hear that you appreciated the property's condition and enjoyed using the golf cart. However, we need to address certain issues you raised. The adjacent unit alerted security that they observed seven individuals in the golf cart, exceeding its six-person limit, and reported multiple instances of noise disturbances after hours. Furthermore, there was a confrontation between a member of your group and our security staff in the parking area, along with several instances of smoking on the property. The Homeowners Association has also contacted us regarding these matters. Our goal is to ensure a peaceful setting for all our guests, and we trust you understand that these regulations are enforced to ensure fairness throughout the resort.
