Welcome to On Golden Pond 1A, an inviting duplex home in a quiet, cul-de-sac community of delightful pastel-colored houses. Here on Little Lagoon, you'll also have access to a community pool and boat dock.

The open living area has plentiful comfortable seating, large windows, and a kitchen that's well-equipped for preparing easy meals. Recent updates include new hardwood flooring in the stairwell. Best of all, you'll find that public beach access is just over a block away, with ample deck space to welcome you back each afternoon.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Home close walk to beach access and beds were comfortable. Oven did not work which was an inconvenience and additional cost on trip as food purchased for meals could not be used.

This home is a wonderful place and very spacious but it has a ton of stairs to it. I didn’t realize when I booked and my handicap mother had a hard time. I will stay here again unless she is going with us.

Cute house and roomy!

Nice beach house

I would rent again. Couple minor issues but nothing that would stop me from renting again. It will sleep 10 people but 8-9 would probably be more ideal. The house is nice and the location is great. Walk to the beach in about 5 min. It has a lot of stairs so if elderly or disabled keep this in mind. Wasn’t an issue for us. Really enjoyed the balcony! Thanks!

The home is located within a close proximity to the beach access. I was disappointed that a 6 day stay did not qualify us for a 45 minute drive early check in. The house really needs an upgrade. And, I am pretty certain I was communicating with a AI bot or at least it felt that way.

Great off beach location

Plenty of room for 10. Great location off the beach. Walk to beach was short and easy with a wagon to pull beach gear. Nice pool area. Plenty of towels, paper products and kitchen ware. Parking can be tight with third vehicle.

Disappointed

The lights to the pool were off in the evening, a poisonous snake was in the rose bushes, the shower and door to one of the rooms on the second floor were broken. Also the window near the entrance door would not lock. Besides these issues, the place was nice and walking distance to the beach and lagoon.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental property wasn't bad but wasn't great. The couches were dirty and we had to wipe down the handrails on the stairs. The power went out which caused a loud beeping at the connected house....not our property managers fault but was annoying our whole stay. The downstairs remained cold but the 2nd and especially the 3rd floor was warm. We couldn't use the fan on the 3rd floor because it was extremely loud .They do not provide ANY cleaning supplies except 1 travel size dish soap....we had to buy everything. On a good note the location was great and there was lots of room for the 12 of us. The house has 4 bathrooms which was nice and was one of the more reasonably priced rentals.

They shared pool is a joke. I thought since it was a duplex type home we would share with the people on the other side of the duplex. Nope. The pool is small and shared with at least 20 other homes. It was impossible to get into the pool. Really a bummer we always enjoy a pool on vacation and it was sad to only have access to one that was always full. Also there were aunts on the kitchen.
