Splendor is a beautiful 3-bedroom 4-bathroom house. The living area offers a large flat screen TV. The open floor plan allows your friends and family to mingle comfortably! The fully equipped kitchen has custom cabinetry custom Carrara counter tops and stainless-steel appliances featuring a 5-burner gas range. Drip-style coffee maker and Keurig, both are provided. All bedrooms are on the second level of the home and have ensuite bathrooms. The master bedroom features a king size bed. The first guest bedroom offers a queen bed and the second has a full over full bunk bed along with a twin sleeper sofa. The living room offers additional sleeping space with a queen sofa sleeper a twin sleeper chair. For your convenience, there's also a full bathroom on the first floor. This home comes with a full-size washer and dryer conveniently located inside the house.

* PARKING RESTRICTION: There are 3 reserved parking spots under the home. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.

* WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: While all Sands of Alabama rental units are set up for normal housekeeping, the properties will NOT have hairdryers; cleaning products; or toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and soaps intended to last for the duration of your stay. Each rental property is furnished with a starter set of paper products for your first night. This set includes one roll of paper towels, a small bottle of liquid dish soap, one powder dishwashing packet, one can liner per trash can, one travel size hand soap and body soap per bathroom and one roll of bathroom tissue in each bathroom. Please bring extras.
