This 2-story 5-bedrooms, 5 bathrooms home that accommodates up to 12 people, is truly a spectacular home for any family or group. With its open concept, the living-dinning-kitchen is one spacious area , comfortable white couch, quality furnishings, and plenty of amenities for total relaxation.
With covered porch, and private pool (heating is an optional $35 per day) Resort fee 12 people and under is a one time fee of $37.45 and 12 and up people is $48.15 a one time fee for the whole stay . This is your perfect home for the ultimate vacation. For your convenience, a full-size washer and dryer in the home.

Great property close to everything

Thank you the property was exactly as pictured. Very clean. Close to interstate 95, restaurants, and grocery stores. The only issue was the cell phone reception is bad and the Wi-Fi would connect but nothing would load so we were not able to work or use our phones.

Beautiful home Wonderful Stay.

We are excited to visit again. The home was as.pictured and we were stepsaway from the clubhouseand pool.

Perfect for vacation

The house was clean and spacious (we had 12 in our group). The check-in process was so simple and the owner communicated very well. We never had any issues with finding parking right by the house and the neighbors were friendly. Drive to Disney was quick and drive to Universal wasn’t bad (accounting for construction). Definitely saving for future stays. The community pool was awesome. Very large and the lazy river was an added bonus. My husband enjoyed the gym on a daily basis and said there was always plenty of equipment to use. The only issue we ran into was entering the gates. At times the line to get it was very long but with so many people using the resort there isn’t much that can be done about it.

Big, beautiful and stylish

The house is very nicely decorated and clean. With 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms it is big enough for even the largest families. The kitchen is large with plenty of seating. It is stocked with everything you need to cook if you choose. The access directly to the bathroom from the pool is ideal to prevent tracking in water thru out the house. There is one parking spot in front of the garage and additional street parking, which is on a first-come basis. There was plenty of parking during the week. The streets got more packed as the weekend came. If you are traveling with a small child, there is a high chair and a Bob running stroller available, which came in super handy when visiting local attractions. The resort pool is very close, only about 5 minute walk around the block. The pool is a nice size and there is a snack bar, too, although service was VERY slow. The Solterra Resort, while distance wise, is not far from Disney and other attractions, the best way to get to/from is via I-4 which experiences quite significant traffic adding to the commute time (often times ~1hr + each way). We've also experienced long delays getting thru the resort gates, especially as the weekend approached and more people were checking in. There resort claims that quiet time starts at 10pm and is strictly enforced, stating a $500 fine will be charged if a police is called. Unfortunately, we've had a couple neighbors who were very loud and playing loud music until 3am. Not much enforcement happened until the night before our departure. The owners are very responsive to messages. We've had to contact t them a few times, and the issues were resolved in a timely fashion. Overall, I am very pleased with our stay at this property. The house is large, very beautifully decorated and clean. It has everything you need. We felt at home.

Spcacious, comfortable home in Solterra

Very nice, spacious house exactly as pictured. Home was spotless and nicely furnished with plenty of room and nice sized lanai and pool with beach towels provided. The 2 story living area with lots of sunlight was the best part! The owner responded quickly with any questions we had (FYI just touch the digital keypad for the front door lock to light up and then enter your code!). Solterra has a nice pool area and slide/lazy river to enjoy - just a 5 minute walk! We were only a family of 4 so had no issues, but worth noting there might be a shortage of bath towels if max number of guests are staying. Overall great stay and highly recommend.
