The home has great desert and mountain views, and over 1400 square feet of covered patios and decks as well as several open patio areas for taking in the AZ sun. There is covered parking for 2 cars and room for more cars if needed.

The main level of the home features a great room with gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances, gas stove, dishwasher and a large walk-in pantry. The living room has a comfortable L-shaped sofa, love seat, reclining chair, slate gas fireplace, and flat panel smart TV. There is a spacious dining table, breakfast bar, a powder room, two sets of sliding doors to a huge upper deck area, and wide open views. This main level accesses the covered deck with plenty of seating, outdoor dining table, gas BBQ, and great views of the desert, pool & spa, Black Mountain, and Pinnacle Peak. This wonderful covered deck will be one of your favorite spots! It’s a great place to dine or relax and watch the sunset over Black Mountain.

Master Suite & Bedrooms: The master suite with queen bed has a huge private patio with view of the pool/spa and backyard, large steam shower with three shower heads and bench, a large soaking tub, dual sinks, walk-in closet, laundry, TV, loveseat, and great lighting.

For great privacy, the 2nd bedroom is located on a separate level of the home. It also has a queen bed and a full bath just steps away.

3rd bedroom is ready to use as an exercise/yogo room with great lighting, lots of space for your exercise mats, large mirror, as well as a TV.

There is also a game room with full-sized pool table, TV, dry bar, and seating (sofa, bar table and chairs), and outside exit to covered patio, pool, and backyard. There is an office (which can be setup by request with a comfortable blow-up bed which could also go in the exercise room) with attached full bathroom with access to the patio, pool, and backyard.

Backyard, Pool, Spa & More: The backyard has a large Pebble Tec pool with in-water sitting areas and benches, elevated spa, fire pit, 3 hole putting green, decorative wash, large boulder landscaping, two tables and lots of seating. There is an additional covered patio on this level as well as a basketball goal.
