This newly renovated penthouse condo is located on Cayman Islands Seven Mile Beach with spectacular ocean & resort pool views. This highly-upgraded 2 bedroom, 2-bath is on the 3rd floor (only 2 flights of stairs) and accommodates 6 people. It’s tastefully decorated with vaulted ceilings & contemporary style. It’s equipped with sofa bed, AC, new appliances, smart televisions & free WiFi. The luxury outdoor seating on the 28ft long balcony makes the perfect spot for relaxing & watching sunset
The space
This unit feels especially spacious because of the amazing vaulted ceilings and bright open floorplan with fantastic light natural light. The large balcony with views of the ocean and pool is a great spot to end the day with a good book or glass of wine!
There are many nearby restaurants and an on site pool bar (food and drinks) for extra convenience

There is an amazing protected cove the only one on 7 Mile beach, it makes for a nice sandy bottom and quiet swimming area free of waves and any potential watercraft! Very safe for swimmers and bathers of all levels!
