The house (85 m²) that will welcome you is on the first floor of the building – access by an external staircase. It consists of an entrance, a large living space (living-dining room) with functional open fireplace, a kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom.
The capacity is 5 people.
A walled garden is present below, as well as a large terrace of 50 m² on the first floor, giving the impression of living in the trees.

3 km away, you will find a bakery, bar, tobacconist, grocery store. And the region is full of local "organic" producers to provide you with vegetables, cheeses, poultry.
Bezanleu – 20 inhabitants – is part of Treuzy-Levelay, a rural commune of just over 500 souls, crossed by many hiking trails.
From the house you can go for a walk, mountain bike ride or go jogging.
The hamlet is a "dead end" guaranteeing very little traffic, apart from the tractors and vehicles of the inhabitants. The houses are spaced out from each other, without vis-à-vis, thus respecting private life.
A very quiet protected site, made up of eight houses and an ancestral tile factory, the Tuilerie de Bezanleu (Listed in the Supplementary Inventory of Historic Monuments)
All the houses present an architectural harmony in relation to the materials formerly produced by the Tile Factory (tiles, bricks and "tiles or terracotta tiles"). . It is also remarkable for its presence in the heart of nature, with many large trees and wild spaces.
Geographically, the cottage is located in the heart of a triangle linking Nemours, Moret sur Loing and Fontainebleau.
The immediate area is of undeniable heritage interest with the castles of Fontainebleau, Nemours, Vaux le Vicomte, the medieval town of Moret sur Loing, or the presence of buildings bearing witness to artistic personalities, the house of Rosa Bonheur, that of the poet Mallarmé, or the Bourdelle museum, all very close.
Not to mention the Tuilerie de Bezanleu itself, which you can visit and discover the unique history of a place of terracotta production characterized by firing in Gallo-Roman wood-fired kilns.
