*Important Information About AC Operation*
The owner of the condo has asked that guests keep the air conditioner temperature setting between 72°F and 78°F to avoid condensation on the walls and build-up of mold and mildew. Therefore, your thermostat will allow adjustments within this prescribed temperature range.
In addition, the air conditioner system is controlled with shut-off switches on the doors and windows. Should you leave a door/window open for more than a few minutes the AC will turn off. Once the door/window is closed it will take a few minutes for the system to reset. Frequent openings and closures will only delay the reset time until conditions are stabilized. If you are experiencing a rise in the inside temperature, simply make sure all doors/window are closed and wait for the AC to resume normal operation.
