Whether you are here to hit the beach, lounge by the pool, or relax inside, this unit has been freshly updated to ensure every guest sleeps exceptionally well and has their own dedicated space to unwind.

• Primary Bedroom 1: Features a brand-new, premium mattress for a flawless night’s sleep, an en-suite bathroom, and a private flat-screen TV.

It was a great vacation. Only downfall was the mattress. Most uncomfortable I’ve ever slept on. We didn’t sleep hardly any. Hot tub was lukewarm warm and the water in showers was warm, but not hot at all. The rest of the condo and amenities were great..

Fall break trip

We had a great time on our family trip. The location was great, property security was awesome, and the pool was large. Only downfall was we didn't have very hot water many times we took showers. Everything else was awesome.

Amazing condo!

The views from the balcony are amazing! Very friendly host, the condo was amazing and very cozy, even made my kids think they were still at home. We will definitely be renting from Kelly and Farrah again in the future! Also a plus being right next door to Pineapple Willys!

The condo, beach, and view are top notch! The elevator was a fudge slow, but you just have to have patience. A few more provisions would’ve been nice. There was no salt or pepper and there was one roll of toilet paper per restroom. The only true drawback to our stay was that we found several German cockroaches in the kitchen. The owner was quick to reply and offered to have the exterminator come. She also said she would refund the rest of our stay if we wanted to leave. We had nowhere else to go, so we had to stick it out.

Best place to stay close to beach great location clean and safe

Great place for family safe and secure[ you pay 100.00$ when you arrive for parking pass and wristband] all entries to resort is guarded with security and need wrist bands to enter, view was amazing, location was awesome, walking distance to gas station, restaurants, and Wal-Mart. Clean and smelled fresh decorations made you feel at the beach manager Farah was very quick to respond to any concerns and always checking in to make sure vacation was going well and if we needed anything. Definitely consider staying here again

Great place

We enjoyed our stay. 4th floor was great because we didn't have to spend a lot of time on the elevator. Pool and beach were easy access. The ad does say 5 beds but there are only 4. No bunk beds. We would def stay again.

My families stay

Our stay in our Condo was great! The elevators were slow and very hot!!!! Be prepared to ride in the elevators with construction materials with workers and if you exceed the max capacity in weight you will stop on every single floor! Pot smell everywhere and pot smoking in balconies, and designated smoking areas. All staff turns a blind eye.

The condo was clean, living room furniture was very comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked with supplies. It was roomy and the pools and beach were easily reached. It could use a queen size bed and more blankets. Host quickly responded to inquiries and requests.

Beautiful condo!!! Enjoyed our stay. My only suggestion would be to have bath mats with non skid backing. My friend slipped on the mat coming out of shower and broke her wrist. Just a suggestion. We plan on returning. Thanks

Great place!! Would stay again!!

The unit was very nice and clean. I think the master was supposed to be a king mattress and it’s only a queen. Also it’s wrapped in plastic and very uncomfortable. So the mattress definitely needs to be updated other than that the place was great and definitely would stay again.

Great Place! HORRIBLE Elevators

Overall we were very impressed by our stay. The place was very clean and refreshing. The pool was amazing, and access to the beach was very easy. The only things that were irritating were the ELEVATORS. We waited about an hour each morning to go to the beach and pool. It was nearly impossible to even carry our luggage down without splitting up. We also did not have any hot water the first couple of days at night. I would definitely stay here again, but have a better plan for the elevators!

We were moved to a 2 bed instead of our 3 bed and told we could use our balcony. If every day men lifting up and down our balcony and even coming on the balcony when we were sitting on it, is being able to use it, we were not thrilled. We should have been given a discount. Our room was not ready.

The location and property were great. would have been nice to have been told there was construction and maintainance going on had I known I would not have booked it. Having scaffolding ropes hanging from our balcony and listening to stucco being grinded off all day and power washing and other assorted things. I paid $100 for a registration package we never used. Pool was cold and hot tub outsided was not working. Inside pool and hot tub were so chlorinated you couldn't stay in there. Room was not described correctly. Master bedroom said king bed it was not. Bunk beds were basically in a bathroom hallway, ridiculous. Three semi rolls of toilet paper for 4 people for 5 days and a partial roll of paper towels is just crazy. Loved the beautiful beaches and the gulf, great restaurants around but unfortunately I would not stay at this place again nor will I recommend it to anyone else.

So sorry that you did not see that there was construction going on at the resort. Also just double checked our listing and it does not mention a king bed anywhere. The $100 is the resort fee which includes two parking passes and eight wristbands for all the amenities at the resort including beach access. You cannot get in and out of the gates without one of the wristbands, which are RFID. Unfortunately, the outdoor swimming pool is never heated.

Simply the best

My family had a wonderful time. The views are gorgeous the 21st floor of 2107 so much feels like a penthouse. The hostesses were very helpful in every respect. The condo was very roomy with three bedrooms and three bathrooms and easily sleeps eight people. We will definitely book this one again.
