-Newly updated furniture, along with wilderness themed rooms (moose, black bear, deer, fishing, horses, coyotes, birds & raccoons) This makes it FUN!!!, for everyone who loves the outdoors!
-Very open floor plan--A MUST SEE!! Post & timber beam construction.
-Large fully equipped kitchen, granite countertops
-3 full bathrooms, 2 full size washer/dryers, each bedroom has it's own bathroom & shower!
Huge 14x27 sunroom facing the lake, kitchen table seating 10-with additional eat-in-kitchen,Queen size pull out bed, for additional guests
-Master bedroom- King side bed,14x27 lake view, along with walkout deck & Pull out queen size bed
-Large wooden deck, seating for 12- lower covered sitting area facing the lake to enjoy quiet time

Simply amazing property on the lake. Incredible views and incredible cabin. Stayed with two families and had plenty of room. Can't say enough good things about the property, the location, and host!

Absolutely beautiful lake home! We celebrated thanksgiving and we had a wonderful time! One of the best places just a great vibe & beautiful view. we loved everything about the home!

Cherners on Lake Chautauqua

Great weekend with children and grandchildren. Too hot to stay outside for long periods, but we enjoyed the lake views, did puzzle and games, read, rented a pontoon and grilled out. Very relaxing.

Another wonderful stay on the lake

This is our third time staying at the Castaray House and it was a beautiful week with three generations of family. We all love the great variety of water crafts and the beautiful view from the sunroom. We were thrilled to see a bald eagle fly right over the house and over the lake. It’s always a pleasure to spend our family vacation here!

Excellent place to stay

The house was perfect! Everything we needed was readily available and easily accessible! The property is right on the water and has a gorgeous view of the sunrise. The property is also dog friendly which is amazing! We took our dogs and they had a blast and so much was provided for not only the humans but the dogs as well! We definitely plan to come back and stay here again! I highly recommend staying here!!

3 bedrooms & 3 baths … and plenty of room for extras. So many supplies - everything you might need inside or outside for a pleasant fun filled stay. Super dog friendly.

Loved the lake life

My husband, son, daughter-in-law and 10 -month old grandson had a relaxing week. We loved the deck and outside patio area and sitting around the fire pit. The house is well stocked and very comfortable.

Beautiful Home

Really loved our vacation here. The outdoor space is amazing and the firepits really add to the evening fun. I would not recommend renting from Ashville marina as the boat we rented was old and had many repair issues.

Loving the lake life

We had a relaxing week. We kayaked, grilled kebabs and hamburgers, visited Bemus Point for lunch and dinner. We enjoyed the fresh air and all of the house’s amenities. Thank you!

We purchased this property to relax, slow down & truly enjoy what the outdoors have to offer, both young & old!
It is also, in honor of my father Dennis (64), who lost his life to lung cancer in 2011. He taught,us,how to hunt,fish,boat,shoot,camp & slow down. It's what, we want to leave, as our LEGACY!
