Located only steps away from the gorgeous Atlantic ocean and the wonderful family friendly Litchfield Beach, this lovely and spacious three bedroom, two bath, one level condominium, which was completely remodeled in January 2014, offers everything you would want in a vacation home and is located at Sandpiper Run in Litchfield by the sea. From the moment you exit the elevator, walk around the corner and open the front door, you become aware of that upscale tasteful decorations and inviting living and dining areas, with fully equipped, renovated kitchen. Adjacent to the living area, a balcony awaits where you’ll be able to relax and enjoy the ocean breeze or catch some rays while you read a favorite book. Down the hall, you’ll find two beautifully decorated bedrooms, each with its own sink/vanity, and share a full bath. ** please note that the shared bath was completely remodeled in the fall of 2018.**. At the end of the hallway, the third bedroom, the master suite, features a comfortable king size bed, private bath with a Jacuzzi tub and separate shower, and a balcony with an amazing view of the Atlantic ocean and Litchfield Beach. The Sandpiper run community amenities include wireless Internet, elevators, pool, cabana, miles a beautiful beach, saltwater fishing lakes, tennis and walking/biking paths.

BEDROOMS:

**bedroom 1 features king bed with pillow top mattress, vanity with sink, TV and DVD player.

** bedroom 2 features two double beds and one twin bed with pillow top mattresses, vanity with sink, another TV and DVD player.

** bedroom 3 is the beautiful master suite with a king bed (purchased in 2021) featuring a pillow top mattress, private bath, TV, DVD player and a sliding door leading to a private balcony overlooking the ocean where you’ll be able to relax, sip your morning coffee and unwind.

Great beach views and easy beach access. The apartment is large, well stocked kitchen and overall very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay very much and would stay here again. Host very thorough with providing all the information you need - directions, check in, amenities etc.

Perfect Getaway

We enjoyed our stay in this property for our spring break (April 2025). The owners communication was excellent and everything was as advertised. It was quiet, nicely appointed, the beds were super comfortable, and parking was easy. We will definitely stay here again.

Great week at Sandpiper Run!

This was our first fist to Litchfield by The Sea. We loved the beach. The condo was perfect. It had sinks in the 2 extra rooms that was very helpful when staying at a 2 bedroom. The condo itself is a little outdated, but met all our needs. A smart TV would be a plus. They had PLENTY of beach gear and toys. We loved our week for sure.

This is a wonderful property! The unit was very spacious and extremely well stocked with everything you could possibly need - to include dish soap, paper products, etc. We were just 2, but had initially expected to be a party of 7 for at least a few days - this unit was plenty spacious enough for at least 7 people. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, and there were zero problems or complaints! Check in was a breeze; the unit is really close to the assigned parking spot and the elevator. There were plenty of luggage carts available. The unit was really close to beach access and the pool is just on the other side of the building. I would love to return to this unit!

We truly enjoyed our stay at Oceanfront Condo. The kitchen was well equipped, the rooms tastefully decorated, and the closeness to the beach was so appreciated. One of our group is physically disabled and for the first time in a long time she was able to enjoy actually being on the beach!

I (Hailey) grew up in Greenville, SC and we always came to the Litchfield / Pawleys area for vacations as a child. As we started to look at the perfect beach getaway for our family, we immediately thought of Litchfield by the Sea. Our oldest son has cerebral palsy and we knew we wanted to be close to a handicap accessible boardwalk. Sandpiper Run Building B was the perfect location!

We welcome guests that want to treat our special place as their own. Please feel free to use the beach wheelchair in the beach closet for any of your party that may benefit from it. We do ask that it is used with care as we depend on it to get our son to and from the beach. We hope you will visit and stay with us. We know you will love it as much as we do.
