For rent is a newly renovated cottage. 3 bedrooms 2 bath. 1 bedroom queen bed, 1 bedroom with bunk beds with a trundle bed, 1 bedroom with 2 twins with a trundle bed. Sunporch, patio with fire pit. Central AC, washer, dryer. Includes to Season Beach Badges.
Sleeps 6-8. No water access.
No Pets. No smoking.

My name is Lisa and my husband Mark and I own this property. We both grew up at the Jersey shore in Spring Lake Heights and Spring Lake respectively. We purchased this property from the estate of my Grandmother in 2006.
この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由
This has been in my family since 1950 when my grandparents purchased the property as a summer house. My grandmother moved here full time with 3 kids in the late 50's. It was damaged badly in Hurricane Sandy and has been completely renovated (mostly by Mark). We tried to preserve as much character of the house and this is the first time it will be available for rent since the hurricane.

This waterfront right on the shark river. You can walk 2 blocks to the beach, over the bridge to Belmar, bike to Asbury Park along the boardwalk.
