A dreamy ski-in/ski-out condo awaits for your next ski-cation! Snowcone is a family-friendly mountain retreat that has been furnished and designed with comfort and convenience in mind. Admire unforgettable ski views from your spacious deck with hot cocoa in hand or stream your favorite movies or series on the wall-mounted flatscreen TV in the living room. This condo's living room is a great place to unwind indoors with two comfortable sofas and two armchairs and a gas fireplace that will keep you warm no matter the season.

The well-equipped kitchen has your back once chow time comes! You'll have everything you need and more to satisfy your group's hunger needs. The Keurig coffee maker will be everyone's best friend, especially in winter. The bedrooms are separate from each other, adding that much-needed privacy to your trip. The main bedroom has a partial A/C unit, a stackable washer/dryer combo, and its own ensuite bathroom.

Communication and check in/out process were very easy. The house location on the slopes is excellent. The house was generally very clean (except front entry closet), super quiet and was larger than it looks in the photos. We had everything we needed for our stay in terms of bedding, linens, kitchen supplies, even a starter dish soap kit and shampoo/conditioner in the bathrooms. Trust the reviews though: the place is dated and quirky (like only having scalding hot water in the tiny master shower, and having washer & drier in the master bedroom). If you come with an open mind though, you’ll have a great time like we did.Skiers, be advised this is located on a blue slope coming from mountain top. So if that isn’t your level or if the mountain top is closed for weather (like it was for us), you will have to hike up the slope for a few minutes to get back.

Pros: Easy check in/checkout, good communication with property management, great location for what we had planned, amenities were exactly as described, property was very clean upon arrival.Cons: property is dated especially in the living room. Carpets & furniture are functional but could use updating. A couple issues that should be addressed - closet door broken in the entry way hallway, toilet seat broken in hallway bathroom. certain areas could use painting, one of the chairs on the deck was broken.

The negative reviews of this property are all accurate, even the old ones. I went into this rental with low expectations after reading the reviews and this place was exactly what I expected, but the price was so low compared to others in the area that it worked well for us. The biggest problem is the nasty old smelly carpets that are gross to walk on and give the entire place a musty odor. We were able to make it bearable because we kept most windows open all the time. There is dog parifinalia in the kitchen drawers so that is probably why it smells like wet musty dog. I would avoid this place if it's a season where you can't keep the windows open. There are also lots of broken thinks to work around like closet doors and plumbing issues. If you are interested in renting this place, you have been warned.

The other negative reviews are spot on. While the location is great, I cannot recommend staying in this place, especially with small children. Our toaster was broken on day one, which I reported, but they were never able to bring us a new one, so we had to go out for breakfast every morning. The rugs have dirty footpaths all around them, the couches are worn and have stains, and one of the comforters has a hole in it (not even sure last time it was washed). The internet was out (which I found out it was unscrewed from the wall, and I fixed), all the tv wires were unplugged, the remote to control the TV was in the back of a kitchen draw (why!?), and the fridge smelled like rotten cheese. Even the master bedroom shower has only scalding hot water (no cold), which my wife found out the hard way. This was a problem that was complained about a year ago and not fixed. We come to this area every year, and will not be staying here again. I recommend you spend your hard earned money elsewhere.

Family ski trip at Attitash

Condo location was great, with a slopeside ski rack at the end of the condo building we were able to drop in to the unit throughout the day to warm up, eat, etc. Parking was easy, check in easy, and the condo met expectations for a loved ski condo. Bigger living area than I expected. Happy with the stay.

Please look for other Place

Overall, my experience at the property was unsatisfactory, Location was good but not the place and I cannot recommend it, particularly for those with children (or even not children.) The room greeted us with a stench of decay and lingering smoke, confirmed by a cigarette butt found under the dining table by my 3-year-old. (By the way It's smoking -free place) Melted laundry pods posed a hazard, and were laying on the washer and floor, especially with children around. I documented this with photos and lodged a complaint. The closet doors were broken, adding to our/ppl concerns. The rug concealed the dirt well, but the pet hair on our toddler's clothes revealed the uncleanliness. Managing children in such an environment proved difficult. The kitchen utensils were dirty, prompting us to clean them ourselves during our vacation. The water dispenser was non-functional, lacking even a water bottle for use. The hot water was not functioning in the main bathroom—it only started working after the entire family had bathed, and by the second day, we were able to take a hot shower. Regarding the bedroom bathroom, the shower only has scalding water, making it impossible to shower there as well. Despite reporting these issues, complete with photographic evidence, the response from VACASA or the owner was non-existent. Just text message "We are happy to assist, and someone will come and address and resolve your issue." Yet, NO ONE from VACASA or the Owner took any action. Definitely not recommended. It's not worth it; it's simply a waste of money. The services and assurances that were promised were not delivered as described. There's definitely a need to post elsewhere on social platforms so people won't be defrauded of what they paid for.

Not quite as clean as advertised

Carpet seemed very old and worn out and there were a few things we had to discuss with property manager about to make sure we were not charged. Broken closet doors mainly. We had some trouble with the internet and tv but ultimately did get help from the property manager. Beds, showers and toilets were clean which is most important. May be better suited for families with older children.

Storyland visit

We had a great time. Just needs a new toaster. It was sparking flames and only worked on one side. And the second bedroom has no AC. We found a fan in the closet.

Great location!

Took the family to the White Mountains to celebrate two birthdays, our Anniversary and to see the spectacular foliage. Upon arrival we discovered the pull out couch was stained and had crumbs on the mattress. Unfortunately this left us without a third bed and second couch for us to hangout on. Additionally, there was a few other areas that lacked cleanliness as well. When the property management team contact us to check in they offered a $100 credit. Unfortunately we departed the property a night early as being without a third bed made things difficult for our family. That being said the location of this condo is perfect to be near by North Conway but not “n” North Conway.

Great location amd comfortable

Great location, comfortable, spacious and clean. I gave 4 stars because the instructions left in the condo indicated we should contact Vacasa about trash removal or other issues. They didnt come to remove our trash and the hallway bathroom did not have a shower curtain. The small shower had a curtain but the temperature control made it so that you could choose between a scalding hot shower or spilling water everywhere. The deck was not well cared for and my mother tripped on a nail that was sticking up, fell, and was injured. I hammered down the ones outside the unit. Given how much we enjoyed the place overall, it’s really a shame i cant give 5 stars.

Great location for families going to Storyland and Santa’s Village

First time renting a VRBO and had a great experience! Vacasa was very easy to work with. Accommodations were very nice.
