Enjoy the sparkling sun on the Atlantic Ocean from the oceanfront of Antigua 804. This lovely, two-bedroom, two-bathroom oceanfront condo is ready and waiting for beach lovers like you! This delightful vacation rental features cable TV, central A/C, washer/dryer on site, and a fully-equipped kitchen with a full-size refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, and so much more! Guests of this beachfront escapade will be granted access to a series of shared amenities that include a heated outdoor pool, a kiddie pool, a volleyball area, and even a sauna!

Antigua 804 is also just an easy walk away from the beach and many local shops and restaurants, including Ropewalk & The Hobbit. You'll also be just five miles from the famous Ocean City Boardwalk.

Things to Know
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle.
This rental is located on floor 8.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Clean and spacious

Loved to pool, accessibility to beach, cleanliness of the unit and overall space of the condominium. There is a nice sectional in the living area that was spacious and comfortable! Down side- door lock is very difficult to use, the main bath is exceptionally small and it has an unpleasant odor.

Not an up to date or clean condo

Condo was dirty. The door lock was extremely hard to use. I could not pick up on any Internet. We had to go out shopping for big bowls and aluminum pans to cook in. He has some but nothing to use to put things in after you’ve cooked them, dirty comforter on one of the beds. Dog hair was on the couch. I would not recommend this condo. I was very disappointed for the money we paid.

Expansive view and living room were nice, was stocked well, but was lacking in casserole and smaller dishes and baking pans. The living room tv and master bedroom tv were nice with tons of channels. The tv in the 2nd bedroom didn't work. The bed was a double and the fan was noisy. The building is circular and hollow in the center so it echos if anyone is talking which can be noisy at times. Only one parking space is allowed per unit and street parking is limited for a second car. The pool and beachfront were nice. There is no balcony which was kind of claustrophobic for a two week stay. The 2nd bathroom was very tiny and the shower needs to be regrouted. The 2 Keurig coffee makers didn't work. The freezer icemaker didn't work and was broken and made it awkward to close the freezer. You have to buy ice. The refrigerator really needs to be repaired or replaced. One of the blinds was missing and broken. I would not return to this property.

Enjoyed our time there

Condo was decent. Only had a few small issues with cleanliness upon arrival. Not a deal breaker as I know most places are short staffed. For the price and location we would definitely stay again.

The home itself is very nice. View is unbeatable. But we did find some drawbacks. The main bathroom is very very small. The shower itself was tiny and not the cleanest. 3 coffee pots but only 1 worked and it was a single serve keurig so coffee brewing was slow but we made it work. A balcony would be beautiful there but I knew there was none going in. Our reservation was ready earlier than expected which was nice, however, we were supposed to receive 2 sets of keys at check in and only received 1. We made vacasa aware at check in as soon as we received our packet and twice after we had checked in but there was no further communication and we had to make do with 1 set of keys which was very challenging at times. I would rent this beautiful home again as I think the issues were more property management related than the home itself.

No service after the sale

Had problems from the very first night and received almost no help. Property had so much going for it but all that got lost in the service experience. There were too many things wrong with the property to even start listing.

Great Family Accommodations

Property Managers were friendly and easy to deal with. Beautiful condo, very spacious. Furniture has been updated since these photos. Very clean and beds were very comfortable. Right on the beach and it has a great outdoor pool. We would definitely stay there again!

Million Dollar Ocean Views!

This condo is lovely. Located right on the beach, which never seems to be overcrowded in this area. Kitchen has been beautifully updated and is very well stocked. The couches have been updated from what is shown in the pictures. There is now a beautiful sectional in the living area that can easily sleep 2 additional guests. Highly recommend this property!
