This beautiful, two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo is located directly on the beach in midtown Ocean City (50th Street). You'll enjoy this contemporary space with a full modern kitchen offering high quality appliances, countertops, and cabinetry; with flat screen TVs in the bedrooms and spacious living room. Step outside onto the furnished balcony and relax as you look out on the beautiful ocean and beach located mere feet away - there are great views in every direction! Additional features include free WiFi access, central AC, a full-size washer/dryer, and parking for one car.

Take a tour of the area and find that you're just steps away from midtown Ocean City's most popular restaurants, shops, and attractions, including Seacrets, Dumser's Dairyland, Odyssea Watersports, Maui Golf, Candy Kitchen, and Macky's Bayside Bar & Grill. In addition, Ocean City's convenient beach bus (ride all day for $3) will provide you with easy transportation to the iconic Ocean City Boardwalk in a matter of minutes.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. EV charging is not available/permitted on the premises. Doing so is cause for removal. There are charging stations at 100th St. bayside, 40th St. bayside, and at Royal Farms and Wawa in West Ocean City.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Great Place

This was one of the best places I’ve stayed in and have been coming for decades. My only suggestion would be to bring your own devices if you would like to watch the bedroom tvs. Also, a stick won’t be able to fit the master bedroom. Living room smart TV is great and also has cable. Could use tiny things like writing utensils, paper, scissors, extension chords etc but nothing that would ruin a vacation. Screen door is a little wobbly. Like most in Maryland. Calm and pleasant area. Nice furniture/interior. Bedroom carpets have some spots that you forget about once looking out your window. Enjoy.

Worth the view

We spent every morning and evening on the porch . The view was magnificent. It is super convenient. We walked everywhere. New paint, carpet in the bedrooms and new furniture would go a long way to make this a perfect place. ( and getting rid of the mirrored wall)

Beachfront Bargain

For the location and it being beachfront you can not beat the price!!! We would definetly stay again. Some upgrades are needed in this place but nothing hindered the enjoyment of our time here. They had everything we needed and loved the nice table and chairs to sit on the deck with! We thoroughly enjoyed sitting there each morning/day/evening!! We will miss the ocean view and relaxing sounds!

Great location and view

We enjoyed our week stay during bike week. The weather was perfect as was the view from the condo. Loved sitting out on the balcony every day. Not sure that we would stay in this condo again. Maybe, if it was updated a little more. The condo was clean but the balcony was pretty dirty. The office did offer to come clean it but we said don't bother (it should have been done before we got there). The sliding door out to the balcony was broken and needed to be replaced. The office sent someone out but we were told there was nothing he could do so it was a pain opening and closing the door all week. The furniture was old and just covered with cheap elastic slip covers. We never could figure out how to work the remotes on the living room tv. Coffee maker was very old and needs replacing. We had friends staying the same week at another condo which was very nice and the same price as ours. We spent a lot of time at their Condo.

CAN’T BEAT OCEANFRONT

So I have varying opinions on this condo. It was def not cleaned which grossed us out so we cleaned when we got there which was not our plan. There was hair everywhere…absolutely gross! The upgraded kitchen was nice but the rest of the place needs some TLC! The master shower faucet was falling off (someone tried to repair it with caulk 🤪) Overall it did the job for us, oceanfront is what was most important to us! Will def be back….. hopefully it’ll be clean

Where do I begin…

Where do I begin with this property and the local Vacasa office.... Pros: location. Close to the beach, close to the bus stop, and many bars and restaurants within walking distance. Cons: First off - check in at 4 pm. Every. Single. Renter. is checking in at 4 pm. There was a 20 minute wait to get your keys, which is odd since this is the first time I've ever booked anything from VRBO that didn't have a keybox or coded entry. Not a huge deal, but I requested early check in and they said absolutely not because of the "back to back" bookings. That brings me to my second point - the cleanliness. The back to back bookings must've left at 3:55 and housekeeping had 5 minutes to clean because the condo was definitely not cleaned from 10am - 4pm. There were stains all over the carpets in both bedrooms, there was a terribly musty/moldy smell when you immediately walked in the door. There was sand...everywhere. Fine, it's a beach condo, but level-set expectations a bit. There was also a handwritten letter from a previous renter (stay ending July 30th) - that mentioned a myriad of issues in the condo. Broken bed in the master, broken drawers in the master, a mouse in the kitchen, garbage disposal in sink broken. There was also a socket next to the kitchen table that had noticeable black soot around it, and after reading another entry in the guestbook, we've come to find out that socket actually shocked and burned a previous renter. We did not use that socket. Also, the owners rental license, which was prominently displayed in the front hallway, expired in April. All this being said, I sent these issues on day 2 of the trip to Vacasa, who were very responsive, but said they'd be addressed with the local agents/office. I never heard from anyone again. For the money we spent, the above issues are egregiously unsatisfactory. This is our 5th trip to Ocean City, with the same group of people, and this was hands down the worst property we've stayed at. Furthermore, when I asked simple questions before the trip (ie where do additional cars park, are we able to smoke outside), i was given a canned response with no human touch.

Great location room needs work!

We loved the views and location. The carpets were FILTHY. So many things were broken like dresser drawers, bathroom vanity, toaster, sliding door didn’t open to the balcony from the master bedroom. There was sand all over the floors and in the bed before we even slept in it. It’s not well maintained.

Will never use Vacasa again.

I was electrocuted the first night there and my computer charger was fried. Phil from Vacasa came to survey the damage. He told me to not use many outlets after he checked them with a tool and marked them with a red X. Someone came on Monday to fix the outlet. Mouse feces were discovered after moving a couch. The garbage disposal was broke. Drawers were broken in a dresser. I was very disappointed. Communication on the local Vacasa level is terrible.

View was amazing yet there were several small things that were broken or unkept. Fortunately I was able to speak to a property manager in person at the end of nice day.

This unit needs maintenance

We understand that rental properties often have an issue or two, but we have a list of issues. Some bigger than others. However our biggest problem with the rental was the fact that after being on hold for literally 2 hours, leaving a call back number 4 times with no one EVER REACHING OUT ALL WEEK and finally going to the office to get the issues resolved only to have to go back later in the day for an update did they fix ONE of the 16 problems. So you know before you rent, not only this property but from this company, here is the list of what's wrong with this property: 1. Bathroom lights in both bathrooms would only come on half the time. This is usually a ballast issue and needs to be replaced. 2. Master window would not close all the way, leaving the master much warmer than the rest of the house. 3. The TV remotes did not work in either bedroom. We had to manually turn on/off the TV's. 4. The 2nd bedroom was missing a wheel from the bed frame. Leaving the bed at a slant. (This is the only thing they fixed) 5. Bed skirts and pads were a mess upon arrival. 6. Master bed frame is falling apart and the slats kept falling to the ground which is fun while trying to sleep. 7. There were receptacle plates missing in the living room which is a HUGE SAFETY RISK! 8. Parking is confusing. Parking is not clear at the property, you have to figure it out. 9. The tile is not laid properly. The grout is not high enough so you feel the sharp edges of the tile. The tile is also not flat leaving corners of the tile pointing up and snagging your feet. 10. The deadbolt on the front door cannot be locked from the exterior only the interior. So it is easy for someone to break in if your not there. 11. upon arrival the dish washer was full of dirty dishes and had to be ran. 12. Master bedroom dresser is falling apart. A knob was left off leaving a screw exposed to rip through your skin. Also, when opening one of the drawers the entire face came apart. 13. Spent hours on hold with no response from Vacasa the entire trip. 14. A lot of paint peeling, cracks and unfinished baseboards. 15. Sliding glass door handle was broke making it hard to close or open. 16. We left a day early due to all these issues and an uncomfortable stay. This place needs a lot of maintenance and could not wait to leave.

Great Location

My family had an amazing time at the beach. We walked out of the condo and right on the beach. Sunrise was beautiful from the balcony or master. We cooked everyday and had all the utensils we needed. Clean property, great kitchen

Beautiful views, nice kitchen, many disappointments

Here is the message I sent to the owner. Please let me know if you would like the pictures. We Good afternoon, We enjoyed staying at your place this week. The balcony and the view of the ocean was beautiful. The kitchen served us well. We were surprised and disappointed in several things. First, the floor was dirty leaving my daughter’s feet black so we had to wear shoes or socks. Also, the light switches in both bathrooms were not working properly. We had to keep trying until the light came on. The caulking around the faucet of the shower in the master bathroom was off the wall. The medicine cabinet was broken in the second bathroom. Lastly, the couches were so faded showing the age. I have taken pictures of all of these things that I will attach. We were unhappy with the above items since we paid a large amount of money for an updated condo. I would appreciate your response. Take care, Rebecca Torrence

This weekend was definitely enjoyed by us and we would like to thank the owners for having such a great location. The location of the condo was great. It’s ocean front and definitely made it easy to fall asleep, listening to the waves. Everything was as mentioned prior to arrival and was enough room for us. Definitely would suggest renting this particular unit!

Nice location right on the beach.

Quaint space in the midst of it all. Ocean front view and location was the best part. Only negatives were low pressure water and garbage disposal not working. Overall a nice place to stay!!
