This condo was not as pictured. It has not been taken care of. From lights not working to balcony doors rusted out and unable to open.we had to check out after 1 and a half days because of problem with the balcony door. Not a great vacation

Unit full of mold. Mold in ceiling when walking in. Mold in hvac system. Mold painted over on the ceiling and walls in the main bedroom.

Gorgeous views

This location is an absolute dream! You can still hear the ocean, but the noise from the crowds is diminished and the people watching can’t be beat. We enjoyed both decks for sunrise and sunset. My only feedback is that this was honestly one of the worst stocked kitchens in terms of cooking that I have ever stayed in so if you plan to do lots of cooking, bring your key tools. Most of our time was spent on the balcony or the beach, and this was perfect.

Overall a great stay

Had a great time staying here, very clean place, amazing views, and the pool was great, would definitely stay here again!

Mediocre

The fridge was broken and we had to throw away a ton of food we brought, and the beds were HARD as a rock. Otherwise everything else was fine.

Great Stay

It was a great stay. We enjoyed the cleanliness of the place and some of its amenities. The game room was awesome, pool was also nice, but was not “indoor heated” as stated in the description. The lights in the room were very sensitive and flickered our entire stay, there was only 1 tv in the entire place. Overall, it was a great stay.

The pool wasnt available inside and it was not stated in the itineraries. None of the boardwalk was really open. Super expensive area...condo was very nice and had everything we needed.

In general the place was nice but you need to replace the curtains in the living room and in the master bedroom if you want to call them that. A lot of the light switches didn’t work or the bulbs were out.

The property is charming. The kitchen, living, and dining space were perfect for our family. The biggest draw backs inside the condo we that the kitchen faucet seems half broken. The master shower basin wouldnt drain, and the floors seemed to have a film on them, which is unpleasant for someone who likes to walk barefoot. Also, we had continual issues with accessing the front door of the condo. Seems like the batterybis dead now.

Spacious but needs updated. Bring your own curtains if you don’t like sleeping with bright light.

The condo is very spacious and has so much potential! Alot of things need improvement such as peeling paint, missing door knobs, missing towel bars in the bathroom, rips in furniture and curtains in both bedrooms that don’t block any light at all. My biggest issue is that it states twice in the listing that there is shared hot tub and there is NOT. We booked specifically for this for my mom with chronic pain and we were very disappointed.

Terrible

The Condo was in terrible shape. The "drapes" in the MB did not move. They were attached to the rod with twisted wire. We woke up to burning sunshine in our faces. The drapes in the living room were gross and did not cover the windows. All of the metal in the Condo, including the vents and light fixtures, was rusty. The sliding door was extremely hard to open and disgusting. It had all of this black stuff dried around it, and the door will probably come off soon. The screen door didn't close. There were large, gross stains on the balcony carpet. The entire place needed to be painted. The listing indicated seven people could stay there, but the coffee pot was only a 2-cup pot, and the kitchen wasn't stocked with enough dishes or cooking utensils. The netting on the railing to the balcony was almost completely ripped off. Two of the bar stools had big rips in them. There was a broken towel bar in the bathroom that could rip off your arm if you backed into it. The worst part was that the beds were as hard as rocks!! We couldn't wait to get out of there!! VRBO should be ashamed to let this landlord be a client!!!!! Have you no standards?

Very Nice Unit, Terrible Pool

The unit was clean, well-stocked, and very comfortable. The offering of an indoor pool in late November was a big factor in our vacation and the pool was level 10 gross. The mold/mildew smell hits you in the face as soon as you enter. The place is soaking wet due to condensation and there's mold on the ceiling, the lining of the pool, the chairs, the floor, everywhere!

Great place

Apartment was clean upon arrival. Amenities were great. The view was spectacular, we saw dolphins playing from the deck. All was good with the apartment but a few updates will have made me given it 5 stars. The main bedroom didn't have a complete curtain and we were up as soon as the sun rose. The carpets were a bit stain in the main bedroom as well as the cushions in the living room. No TV in either bedroom and no adding channel on the smart TV was a bit annoying as we wanted to watch the baseball all star game. Overall, we had a great time.

Beautiful

We stayed in this jem for our vacation from Friday 5/10 to 5/14 long mother's day weekend 😉 My 2 best Friends/mother and sister and my 3 little girls and we absolutely loved it! We had the pool to our selves every day of our stay and that was a absolute plus as kids are kids so I'm happy for that not that it would have changed anything as the pool and the pool area are huge. Our view was absolutely amazing we had a chance to see dolphins as well and the girls were so excited about it, they loved the game room and fitness as well. The only thing i would recommend is to have extra blankets for the pull out sofa as there was none and pillows and to fix the flickering light in the kitchen and that's it. We are looking forward to booking in the near future AGAIN.

Terrible

The state of the condo was horrible!! There were curtains (rags) on the MB window hung up by wires that didn't close. We woke up with the hot sun blinding us. The curtains in the LR were nothing but rags, dirty, and didn't even go to the floor or match. The couch was very uncomfortable, and you could feel the foldable bed through it. The beds were like rocks!! I didn't even know it was possible to make beds that hard. The sliding glass doors were surrounded by something, but I'm not sure what. It looked like dried, thick, black goo. The door was very hard to open and close. I doubt it will last much longer. There were gross stains on the carpet on the balcony. The plastic mesh that should have been secured to the railing was almost all the way torn down. Every metal thing in the condo was rusty and gross. The kitchen was very poorly stocked with dishes and cooking utencils. There were 4 shot glasses though! There were large rips on the barstools and a large peice of wood missing on the bar. There was also a broken towel bar in the bathroom that would tear your arm off if you backed into it. In addition, the entire condo needed painting. Vacasa should NOT be advertising this condo!!!!!!!

The apartment was okay. The blinds were falling apart and the balcony wouldn’t lock. The first day we went there the bathroom mirror fell on my head, luckily no injuries. The ice maker stopped working after 2 days. The only good thing was that it was so close to the beach and they had an indoor pool. I think a little bit more maintenance before renting it out would be great.
