Sprawling mountain and golf course views make this home the friendly retreat of your dreams! Partial air conditioning, tile and wood-style floors, and a ceiling fan in every room will help keep everyone cool inside. Enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning on your own private balcony with a fantastic mountain view of its own. You'll have plenty of entertainment options with a DVD player, Blu-Ray player, and stereo available for your use. If guests have to finish up remote work, enjoy the use of two different desk workspaces with mountain views of their own. Of course, you can always head down to the shared grill to cook up dinner with an extra sear. Guests can also enjoy access to a shared heated pool and hot tub - with their own view, of course!

What's nearby:
Hike down to Sea Lodge Beach and enjoy snorkeling in a secluded paradise just one-and-a-half miles away. Hanalei Beach is just under four miles down the hill! Princeville Makai Golf Club lies less than a half mile from the townhouse and offers 18 holes of golf with lovely ocean views. Take in the beautiful views and the cool waters at Queen's Bath just under one mile away. The beautiful biodiversity of the island is presented in Princeville Botanical Gardens just over three miles from the townhouse.

This was a comfortable home, very clean. We had a really good stay. The only downside was there weren’t clear instructions to access the pool and hot tub. I finally found the key, but it didn’t work. I called the property mgmt and they weren’t helpful at all. It was a cold day and we really were looking forward to the hot tub.

Great family spot!!

This was a great family spot to come home to after full beach days and island exploring. It is well furnished and very comfortable. We were able to check in early and the host was accommodating. Close to Nourish where we like to eat. We celebrated our 50th while there at the Terrace at the One which we also recommend. Fun family memories made!

A Delightful Stay

This property was outstanding for our group. The common spaces were well appointed, the kitchen had lots of tools, and the bedrooms were very comfortable. A beautiful view of the mountains was so enjoyable. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

AMAZING!!!!

Cannot say enough amazing things about this rental. Location is SUPERB!! You’re only a short drive from Hanalei Bay; if you love golf (like us), you’re right next to Makai Golf Club! The condo is incredibly spacious- we easily slept 5 and had plenty of room to relax. The swimming pool and hot tub are 100 feet away and are perfect for the kiddos. We fell in love with the mountainous views while drinking morning coffee from all of the balconies!!!! Phenomenal, Phenomenal, phenomenal!!! You will be SOOOO glad you stayed here!!

Amazing family Kauai trip

This condo was great for my family. It had plenty of space and all the amenities needed. It’s also under 10mins drive from Hanalei Bay where we spent most of our time with our very young kids. The two AC splits worked well, but I’d recommend that the owner bring in two portable AC units for the two bedrooms that got quite warm when sleeping. This would be a difference to getting great sleep on vacation. That said, I felt rested and relaxed bc Kauai is simply amazing and with this condo’s overlook of the Hanalei mountains I never minded staying in and reading when my kids had to nap. The TVs are all updated and you can stream what you’re used to. There are lots of board games. The drip coffee machine was clutch. Overall, I’d definitely come back and use this unit. It’s more than spacious enough for 4 adults and a 2-3 kids. Also, I actually quite enjoyed the pool as the water was perfect and I just brought my own drinks.🍹

Gorgeous home

The house is absolutely beautiful,spacious,and warmly decorated in Island theme. Very clean, and quiet location (except for the local musical entertainment by the resident roosters)).plenty of cards and games available for rainy days. Multiple beach towels are available for use. There was a lack of towels in all 3 bathrooms, next to no facial tissue anywhere, and the TV set in main floor bedroom is not hooked up. Air conditioning is felt in the living room—all other rooms were very warm. There is one portable oscillating column fan for use. If planning to cook, bring own foil/plastic wrap, etc.

If the Air Conditioning Gets Fixed It Will Be a Nice Place to Stay

The unit has three bedrooms and bathrooms which is really nice for privacy. However, the air conditioning on the upstairs floor did not work properly. It was so hot my daughter slept in our room. Dealing with Vacasa was a psychological nightmare because it is trained to say all the right things but in fact accomplishes nothing and does not make things better. Next time, I will research better whether I will be dealing with an AI corporate customer service representative before committing to a property. Despite the a/c not functioning properly, Vacasa refused to credit us anything. So, effectively, it was a breach of contract.

Great stay in Princeville

This apartment was located in a great spot in Princeville. Not far from our favorite spot, Hanalei. The house accommodated our stay well, the washer and dryer was not in the best of condition but other than that it was great, the beds were comfortable, it was clean, and has a nice view from the balconies, perfect for having our morning coffee.

Great stay

Lovely stay- spacious layout and comfortable beds. The remote for the ac unit didn’t work but it was set at an ok temperature. The lighting could be better- thought all the rooms were dark. Small inconveniences - would definitely stay again.

A fabulous place on a fabulous island

The layout and decor are wonderful and the view once-in-a-lifetime. The villa had more extras in the kitchen, games, books, etc that it was hard to remember them all. Tiny repair things could be annoying but I might rent it again anyway.

Better than the Pictures!

This was a great place to stay in Princeville. Quiet (except for the early morn and all day jungle fowl crowing!), so comfortable (the mattress and pillows on my king bed upstairs were Goldilocks-right for me!), the pool and hot tub was wonderful, the kitchen very useful, it was all clean, and fantastic! We all loved it!

Lovely townhome

We enjoyed our stay and thought the townhome was very nice and well located. The reason for 4 stars is that the washing machine does not work well; clothes would come out with mud and, for one shirt, a melted Tide pod stuck to it. Unless you don’t need to do laundry, I make sure they replace or overhaul the washing before staying here.

Almost Good

This place has a beautiful mountain view. The beds and seating are comfortable. The property managing company, Vacasa, was very responsive and a pleasure to work with. For the price, I was surprised that the kitchen was not well stocked, and every cabinet was full, so there was nowhere to place baby food, let alone our groceries. We ran the dishwasher everyday because the kitchen had exactly 6 teaspoons, 6 dinner forks, 6 salad forks, etc. A ridiculously tiny rug, the same size as the standard coffee table, adorns the living room, while we found a larger rug rolled up in a closet. The refrigerator had labels that said not to increase the cold temperature beyond 1, or we would be liable for any damage. Since I manage my autoimmune disease with a biologic, which needs refrigeration, and that if warmed beyond its maximum tolerable temperature becomes dangerous and even deadly to inject, the owner’s refrigerator proscription was extremely unsettling. My digital Bluetooth thermometer for my medication showed the refrigerator at 59F. Even the baby food would grow bacteria at that temperature. Vacasa thankfully gave permission to adjust the temperature. Then I observed that a framed sign mounted on the wall by the owners asked that we close the window coverings, and not use the AC much. So I overpay for an expensive view that is not as nice as my own ocean view and mountain views back home, and the owner wants me to shut the window coverings during the daytime and block the view? And not use the AC? Also, the master bedroom has a full bed, not a queen or king bed. The master bedroom and the upstairs bedroom facing the mountains get very, very hot from the sun. Closing the window coverings is imperative. The fans in both bedrooms do not work well and need replacement. The dryer’s delicate setting was not so delicate on our clothes.
