The bright and inviting living room features a cozy sofa and a dining table, creating a warm atmosphere enhanced by ample natural sunlight.

Our fully equipped kitchen includes all the essentials for preparing meals, such as an electric hob, oven, toaster, fridge, coffee machine, and a full set of cookware and cutlery. For added convenience, a washing machine is also provided.

The bedroom is a serene space with a double bed, wardrobe, and chest of drawers, complemented by high-quality linens for a restful stay.

The bathroom includes clean towels and toiletries, offering everything you need to refresh yourself.

For your peace of mind, the apartment is equipped with a smoke detector and is professionally cleaned before each stay.

The Chinatown district in Paris, located in the 13th arrondissement, is a vibrant blend of cultures and flavors. Explore colorful streets lined with authentic restaurants, exotic markets, and specialty shops. This property offers a convenient and accessible location for travellers. Situated within a short walking distance of two nearby stations, Maison Blanche (lines 7 and 14) and Tolbiac, this property provides excellent connectivity to the rest of the city. Maison Blanche station can be reached within a mere 10-minute walk, while Tolbiac station is just a 13-minute stroll away.

With the opening of the extension to line 14 and the ‘Maison-Blanche’ station on 24 June 2024, it is now possible to travel directly to and from Orly airport in 15 minutes without a change, making it less than thirty minutes door-to-door. You can also travel directly to Roissy-CDG airport via the RER B and Cité Universitaire station and go directly to the Stade de France from this station.

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of €20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
