This one bedroom apartment is a true haven of peace, able to meet all your expectations. It enjoys an ideal location in the city center, in a residential and quiet area, which allows you to reach the train station in 5 minutes walk, the Palais des Festivals and the Croisette with its beaches in 7 minutes. Nearby are the famous Forville market and the Suquet, with its picturesque streets and typical restaurants. Let yourself be seduced by this pearl of Cannes!
You will have access to the entire apartment, and all equipment is at your disposal, unless otherwise specified on site.
You can reach us by message or phone. A response will be provided as soon as possible.
Check-ins are guaranteed from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Check-outs are until 11:00 AM at the latest.
After 8:00 PM, check-ins are subject to validation, except during conference periods and in the summer.
Guests can choose between a physical check-in and a self-check-in and are requested to communicate their preference in advance.
In the case of a physical check-in, a person will be present on-site. Please note that physical check-in after 8:00 PM incurs an additional fee of €50, payable in cash upon arrival, except during conference periods and in the summer.
For self-check-in, a key box is available.

• Parties and events are not permitted.
• Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside the accommodation.
A copy of your ID may be requested prior to your arrival.
