This bright, freshly decorated, modern 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom has everything you need for your Florida Keys Getaway. Wood floors throughout, A/Cs in every room, and wireless internet. The full kitchen has a microwave, coffee maker, slow cooker, toaster, blender and more. With a Brand New Queen Bed in bedroom one, a twin and twin trundle in bedroom two and a full size futon in the living area, you can sleep up to six. Outdoor furniture, gas grill and bait freezer are also available outside. The unit is also located just two lots from the nearest bath house for laundry or when an extra shower or bathroom is needed.
No cable TV but free WiFi.
Just 25 minutes to Key West and 30 minutes to Marathon.
The property is a dry lot but you can launch your boat each day at the boat ramp within the park. Boating access is second to none with quick access to the Atlantic or Gulf side. Looe Key, with World Class snorkeling is just a short boat ride away.
Check-in at 4pm.

***PLEASE READ*** There is a $125 registration fee payable on check-in. This is a one-time fee, for the duration of your stay, payable directly to Venture Out on arrival. This covers all guests staying in our unit. This is completely separate to the payment made to VRBO. Please be aware that there is a credit card fee at the gate.
Venture Out Resort has been a popular destination among vacationers. The amenities include: 24 hour security, Lighted tennis courts, Olympic-sized heated pool, kiddie pool, spa Jacuzzi, ping pong, bocce ball courts, shuffleboard courts, lighted basketball court, children's playground, pool table, darts, Marina complete with 2 ramps, gas, store, ATM and fish cleaning station, boat trailer parking onsite, open water picnic areas, ocean front tiki hut, lending library, post office - and MORE - ALL IN A GATED COMMUNITY with a mixture of RV sites and manufactured homes where you can feel safe and secure.
Host is not liable or held responsible as some park amenities may not always be available due to repairs, maintenance, closures or utility outages.
PARKING:
There is room to park one vehicle on the driveway at the property. Additional vehicle's may be parked on site for an additional $5 per night. Boat/ trailer storage is available on site for an additional $10 per night, both payable to Venture Out Resort on arrival. Renters and owners coming into the park will be restricted to one (1) additional overflow parking spot. This means you have your one transportation vehicle on your lot, and / or one (1) additional paid overflow parking spot, if available. You may use the additional overflow parking spot for either one (1) boat trailer or one (1) additional vehicle, but you will not be able to park both. The additional paid overflow parking is NOT GUARANTEED. Venture Out will not be responsible to try and accommodate or locate any accomodations for any extra boats, trailers, or additional vehicles if there is no parking available.

VENTURE OUT has strict pet rules.
2 dogs maximum, under 50 pounds each.
Please communicate before booking whether you will be bringing any pets. Certain dog breeds require approval from the owner.
Please be prepared to bring cages/ kennels , along with any beddings. No pets on furniture.
There is a $100 pet fee as well. You cannot walk your dog within the park but you can keep it on the lot. Bring Doggie Bags to pickup after your pet. If you want to give your dog a real walk, the best walk is along Spanish Main, outside the park.
