Pretty much as advertised/pictured. Be aware the gated community includes RV lots, various kinds of manufactured homes and newer construction like this, which didn't matter much to us, but this is probably one of the newer and nicer of the properties in that community. The only thing I will mention - and we did not complain or in any way seek to try and have this remedied while there as our stay was too short and busy to have to deal with it - is there was an underlying smell of stale cigarette smoke that became more evident with each day. At check in, the house just smelled like cleaning product. 1 day later, it smelled like cleaning product over top of cigarette smoke and 2 days later just smelled like smoke, enough that we woke with scratchy throats by the 3rd day. Some folks may not care in the slightest and maybe if we'd spoken up the management company would have done an ozone generator treatment or something to take care of it. There is signage prohibiting smoking in the house and threatening loss of deposit, but that doesn't really help the next guest if the cleaners or management company isn't on top if it and willing to spend the time and to remedy it. To be fair, it otherwise seemed clean and new and the geographic location was perfect for us to explore the whole area from Key West to Islamorada.
