This gorgeous 5-bedroom, 4,5-bathroom townhome accommodates up to 11 guests. Its location at the Windsor Island Resort. The vacation home is only 15 minutes away from Disney. Relax by your own private pool and enjoy a barbecue or even meet nice new people down the resort-style clubhouse, all well equipped with a gym, a giant pool, lazy river, cabanas, and bar.

– THIS IS A SELF-CATERING PROPERTY:

Although we can provide the Welcome amenities for $ 20, we do recommend stopping by the nearest supermarket to purchase additional personal toiletries and desired meals.
The home is non-smoking and absolutely no pets are allowed. Violation of this term will incur a charge against the security deposit for the reservation of $200.00 minimum.
This home is under a pest control protocol applied by a professional company. But as this is a garden-style property, it means that its front and back doors have exit points to the outside, we ask all guests to please not leave any of the doors open as in Florida’s climate there are insects all year long, and leaving doors and windows open will allow unwanted entry.

– HOUSEKEEPING:

There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by our check-in supervisor to ensure all cleaning and sanitizing protocols were applied.
We use a professional company for washing and sanitizing all linen. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. The towels will be packed in plastic bags to ensure they were not touched in advance of your stay.
Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.

– FOOD:

As per Florida law, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets, hence, all food items will be removed after the guest checks out.

– TRASH DISPOSAL:

The collection happens 7 days a week from 6 am to 2 pm.

The trash collection only happens when the trash is properly placed inside the trash bins without overflowing it, and in proper trash bags.
Upon check out, please take all food from cabinets and fridge and put in trashbags.
If there's excessive trash that won't fit the bins or if there's any garbage placed directly in the bins, the county will not collect it.
If this case occurs, we will hire a private trash collection service and the costs of U$50.00 + taxes will be redirected to the guests.

– POOL HEATER: Please note that the pool heating is NOT included in the rental rate.

Ordering the Pool Heating Service:

Pool heat available for $30 a day + taxes (minimum 4 days). If you would like the pool to be heated, you will need to add the pool heat to your reservation. Pool heat is not recommended for short stays since it usually requires up to 24 hours to heat the swimming pool. Also, pool heating should be hired prior to guest arrival. If it is ordered after check-in, a $30 connection fee will be charged.
In the coldest winter months heating the pool can be difficult as the water temperature drops overnight. Florida has a temperate climate, but cold fronts can bring overnight temperatures in the 30’s and 40’s that can last for several days. Unfortunately, under these circumstances, there is no way the pool heater will be able to keep the water at a temperature mid to high 80’s. Please note that cold weather does NOT constitute a mechanical failure and no refunds will be given for problems that are due to cold weather.

– BBQ GRILL: The use of the BBQ Grill is NOT included in the rental rate.

The house has a grill available for rent. That will be provided at a cost of $80 USD, and this fee will cover 1 gas refill. If interested, you need to notify us prior to arrival. If it is ordered after check-in a $30 connection fee will be charged.

– ADDITIONAL CHARGES:

If there is any damage caused by the guest and the Management Company has to send someone out to fix, repair, or do extra for cleaning, additional charges will apply:

- Plugged toilet: $75.00;
- Smoking inside the unit: $500.00;
- Moved furniture and not returned to original placement: $100.00 per piece of furniture moved;
- Excessive required clean or also considered a double clean: $100.00;
- Frozen AC (this could happen if thermostat temperature is placed below 72F or if doors are left open): $200.00;
- Check-out after 10 am or late check-out is considered an extra charge.

TO AVOID ANY ADDITIONAL CHARGES WE ASK THAT OUR HOME IS LEFT IN SAME CONDITION AS WHEN YOU ARRIVED.

– STARTER SUPPLIES provided with the home include:

- 1 Kitchen Paper Towel;
- 1 Small Bar Soap Per Bath;
- 1 Toilet Paper Roll Per Bath;
- 1 Dish Washing Capsules in The Kitchen;
- 1 Extra Trash Bag.

- COMIDA:

Caso ocorra este caso, contrataremos um serviço particular de coleta de lixo e os custos de US$ 50,00 + taxas serão repassados aos hóspedes.




- CHURRASQUEIRA: O uso da churrasqueira NÃO está incluso no valor do aluguel.
A casa tem uma churrasqueira disponível para alugar. Isso será fornecido a um custo de US$ 89, e esta taxa cobrirá 1 recarga de gás. Se estiver interessado, você precisa nos avisar antes da chegada. Se for solicitado após o check-in, será cobrada uma taxa de conexão extra de US$ 30.

- DESPESAS ADICIONAIS:

Great stay
The property and house were beautiful and well kept. The resort was amazing. Only small issue was our check in day. Trying to get through the traffic to get through the gate and many people were going through the wrong side confusing traffic and being told u turn to get back in line. We were here on spring break so I’m sure there was more traffic than usual.

Wonderful stay!
We enjoyed our stay. The property was clean, the pool was lovely and warm. The kids enjoyed the themed rooms. It was 25 mins to Disney and 45 mins to LEGOLAND. The clubhouse was nice the kids enjoyed the lazy river and water slides. The big pool was also nice and warm as well. Compared to other places I’ve stayed the supplies are minimum. You will have to purchase hand soap, salt and pepper and bring face cloths, etc. However this was well communicated in the listing. But definitely miss the extras we were used to in other air b n b’s.

We had a great time again in Orlando. The house had everything we needed and Rodrigo was extremely responsive to our requests. The pool area is great but gets really crowded so be sure to get there early.

Awesome resort!!
Our condo was amazing and only yards away from the resort club house and pool. The owner was quick to respond to all our questions. Short distance to grocery store, Starbucks and ice cream shop. Would highly recommend Windsor Resort and this condo owner and would definitely go back!!

I really enjoyed my stay at this location. The rooms were clean and just like the pics with no surprises. My family and I enjoyed the townhouse and had the privacy we expected. I would definitely stay here again, given the opportunity.
