House was beautiful, property was beautiful. Location of the house was wonderful, just a few blocks from lake. House was full of games and activities for everyone in our group. Would highly recommend!

Our group had a wonderful time at Barney’s over the weekend! It was very spacious for all of us, spotless, very well stocked and within walking distance to a beach. I would book here again in the future!

The house and location was great. Peaceful & walkable neighborhood down to the lake, the neigbors were great, there was nothing that we needed, the house had everything, from activities to necessities. Communication was quick & pleasant when we had a personal hiccup, which I appreciated!

Our group had a wonderful stay at this place! The property itself was great for a quick trip up north and we enjoyed all of the games/activities throughout the house. Would stay here again and definitely recommend the property to anyone traveling to the Higgins Lake area!

What a perfect location for a 3-day weekend trip to end the summer! Place was very clean, well appointed, and had everything we needed. Location was quiet, but close to everything we wanted to do. Will return for a longer stay next year!!

Great place to stay!

We enjoyed our time at Barney’s place and all the amenities it had to offer. I don’t think there was anything we needed that the house didn’t have. Super comfy beds, plenty of space and great location. Would definitely stay here again!

2024 Vacation

This is the second time we stayed at the barney house. We love how it's prepared for us to relax and have fun. The screened in back porch is ideal, the garage and the back yard is set up for the kids to play. Plus its a short walk the the public beach area.

Annual trip

We enjoyed our annual trip this year. The weather wasn’t the greatest with the rain and fog but we made the most of it. This house had the perfect accommodations with a large 2 car garage and multiple games for us to play as we waited out the rain. It was the perfect accommodations for our friend group. We would definitely rent again.
