The estate is made up of a number of different dwellings in the heart of a garden that is totally private for its inhabitants, surrounded by greenery and in absolute calm.
A staircase takes you from the garden to the second floor, where you plunge into a cinema-like setting where natural light floods every room.
You arrive directly in the main room, which includes the living room and its fully-equipped open-plan kitchen (oven, hotplates, extractor hood, sink, fridge-freezer, coffee machine, kettle and everything you need to cook "at home" if you want to live and immerse yourself in real Parisian life).

The living room features a dining table with 4 chairs, and two comfortable sofa beds that can be converted into two 140x190cm double beds. There is also a WC on this level. Wifi access is available throughout the apartment from the living room.

On the 1st floor, accessible by an open staircase, you arrive in the master bedroom, with its king-size bed 180x200cm, its 25 M2 and its skylights on the roof as well as on the façade, a system of electric blinds that allows you to darken the room and sleep soundly, and a dressing room made up of several cupboards - enough to make you feel totally at home.
This room is air-conditioned for your enjoyment when summer arrives.
On this level, you'll enter your bathroom, with its two basins, a huge shower and a toilet that will bring you all the comfort you need for your Parisian stay.

The studio has been completely refurbished, allowing you to enjoy modern comforts in an authentic artistic space. It has been renovated with noble materials, offering a harmonious marriage between history and modernity.

Finally, you'll stay in the knowledge that the apartment is just a few minutes' walk from the Sacré Coeur and the Abesses district, the heart of Montmartre life, 10 minutes' walk from the famous MOULIN ROUGE and the BLANCHE metro station, and 20 minutes' walk or 10 minutes by cab from the ST Ouen flea and antique market.
