A unique romantic studio with view over Paris‘ Skyline:
Location is the best one dream off. of in Montmartre. 100m to the SACRE-COEUR church & gardens, 3mn to trendy Abbesses district.

Address is “Rue du Chevalier de la Barre”, one of most typical street in Montmartre, paved , virtually no cars; 100 m from the great gardens of the "Sacre-Coeur Basilique". 300m away lies the famous “Place du Tertre” : one finds portaitists , painters, museum & restaurants. Little further away is famous place du bateau Lavoir. Many famous artists lived in the neighbourhood, PICASSO, MODIGLIANI, Albert CAMUS, Max JACOB.

SACRE COEUR church is to be visited. "Les abbesses", the trendy part of Montmartre is just down the gardens: many restaurants, shops and nice café terraces. The ABBESSES SUBWAY station is 5 mn walk. ANVERS stations is only 3 mn away. The location is a perfect base to visit Paris. It stays 15 mn by subway to most interesting Paris locations AND is a very charming & restful area to be appreciated after a whole day shopping and walking through museums...

The apt was totally refurbished. A nice glass wall between living room and bedroom lets light of 2 large windows flood the space. A pretty large bathroom for a studio makes it perfect.
A great place for honeymooners or families with kids. Our bookings show that 4 adults also enjoy the place for few day stay.

The apartment is located on the 1st floor (one flight of stairs, no elevator) of a typical ancient house of Montmartre with blue windows shutters.

The apt doors opens directly in the living room. The space is flooded with light. The 2 large windows open on the Paris skyline and trees.

• The living room offers small coffee tables, an open kitchen and a sofa which can turn into 2 single beds. It offers better confort than a sofa bed. Beds are at the same height. They may be joined together or left separated. One of the beds has folding feet and slides under the other for day use of the living room.
• The kitchen is well equipped. It offers a washer.
• The bedroom is a nest of love, The beds may be used a queen bed or 2 single beds. A TV is present. A door separates the bedroom from the living area and a curtain may be pulled for privacy.
• The bathroom has been carefully designed. It offers a large shower, sink , miror and toilets.

In order to optimize the space, the architect designed practical details for clothes like nice hangers on wall, or put them in drawers in the bedroom chest drawer or under the beds. Specific attention was given to the lights.

This was a very convenient location, clean, beds comfortable and basic kitchen supplies. The washing machine was awesome!! If there were a couple of chairs to sit at the window to enjoy the view as well as a small lamp and curtains to block the street light, this place would be perfect for 2!!!

Great location, clean

Clean, bright apt in great spot. Was prepared for it to be small, which it is. Would stay again. FYI…The two beds in the room are smaller than twin beds. The larger are the trundles in the living area. One difficulty for us was only one set of keys so not possible to come and go separately.

Great location

This department was clean and well located. It suited our needs well. But please note that it is small and probably would be best with less with less than three people.We initially had some difficulty connecting to the internet, but once we spoke with the property manager, we realized it was just miscommunication over the password. Also note, the stairs to the apt are old and winding, so best not to bring large luggage!

The appartement is in a typical french building, very nice, clean and quiet, with a good and modern furnishing. It's perfect located near Sacre-Coeur. Metro and bus-stopps are only five minutes away to walk. We can recommend this Appartement for a pleasant staying in Paris

Unique apartment in a great part of the city.

This apartment was in a great location on the hill in the Montmartre neighborhood. It’s a very lively area with a lot of good shops and restaurants. Our timing was tough in the summer where the temperature exceeded 100 F. With no AC (like nearly all other Paris apartments) that certainly affected our comfort a little. The large open windows helped and were a big benefit. The building is unique, and the apartment is comfortable. We did not realize the up and down steps that were needed to access the apartment. I guess that is an aspect of this neighborhood we just didn’t account for initially. The host was great with very responsive communication and detailed instructions.

A very good stay on Montmartre

Good location in the Montmartre neighborhood; close to Sacré Coeur, Place du Tertre, cafés, souvenir shopping, and restaurants. Easy access downhill to Métro station. Our family of 4 (2 adults, 2 teens) found the space a bit tight, but the apartment was clean and photos accurately reflected our experience. Very responsive and thorough communication with the host, who checked in frequently with local advice and instructions prior to our stay during the Olympics. Extremely thorough guidance to all appliances, household procedures, etc. was communicated in advance and available in the apartment as well. Would definitely recommend for active single visitors or couples looking for a quiet place to stay in the Montmartre area!

Nice Apartment

It’s a nice apartment. Very clean. Checking in and out instructions very clear. It was actually easier than we were expecting. As most places in Paris it is ‘cosy’. It sleeps 4 but I think that would be tight for 4 adults. The sofa bed in the photos is not there now. It’s actually a bed that turns into a double bed. It means though that it is not very comfortable to sit on during the day. A minor moan though. There are bars/restaurants at the bottom of the road. I would definitely recommend.

Ein wirklich sehr feines, hübsches, sauberes und gut gelegenes Apartment! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, auch wenn es klein ist ;-) und den Ausblick und die Lage genossen. Das Sofa auf dem Foto gibt es nicht mehr, dafür aber ein Bett, das man aufklappen kann. Insgesamt sind wir wirklich sehr zufrieden und können es nur empfehlen (evtl. ist es aber für 4 große Erwachsene etwas klein), aber für uns war es perfekt!

Gute Lage, tolle Unterkunft.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist traumhaft. Erreichbarkeit auch gut. Für eine Familie mit zwei Kindern, etwas klein und ein Tisch mit Stühlen wäre doch von Vorteil gewesen. Betten sind bequem. Mittlerweile gibt es das Sofa nicht mehr sondern ein normales Bett mit einem Bett zum vorziehen. Etwas wackelig aber auch ok. Alles in allem für zwei Erwachsene sehr gut, zu viert etwas klein.

"In Beau Paris" is the agency I founded in 2008. We are used to interacting with guests. We manage various high standard apartments in Paris. I also travel extensively and use experience to improve our service.

A detailed instruction leaftlet is available in the apt. From "how to open the sofa" to "how to start the dryer" or " call a cab". We created simple & to the point instructions with photos.

We can recommend restaurants. If needed, obviously rarely, we have a network of handyman, plumber, locksmith ... who are fast on the site when a problem occurs.

We are available for help or information via mail, phone from 9 to 19H. An emergency phone line is set after 8 PM and WE.

We react in the hour to any issue, doing our best to solve possible problems as fast as possible. This definitely improves the services compared to apts managed directly by owners.

Montmartre is a village in Paris. Trendy with plenty of shops, restaurants bars and shops and one can access the center of Paris in 10mn. A great place to rest in on evening once you visited the more crowdy and noisy center of Paris.

It is the best place one could dream off in Montmartre, easy to reach Paris center from "Les abbesses subway station" 10 mn. The apartment was fully redesigned in Summer 23 and offers a great view on Paris skyline.
