At Pelican Point, watch the pelicans sail over the large covered deck at sunset, while relaxing in your Adirondack chairs! Wonderful for entertaining family and friends. Recently remodeled, well-maintained Cape Cod-style home. Newly remodeled bathrooms and new flooring throughout (2020). Beachside location. Steps from the beach. Perfect for one or multiple families. A master bedroom on each floor with king beds. Downstairs also has a room with two queens. Upstairs has a bunk room with two bunk beds. Stylishly and comfortably furnished. Bright and open kitchen/living/dining area with beautiful beach views. Fully-equipped island kitchen. Ceiling fans throughout downstairs. Washer/Dryer on the ground floor. Wi-Fi. Table dining for 16, plus 3 at island counter. Gated porch great for kids and dogs. Outdoor shower. Quiet, family-oriented beach. Close-in West Beach location (one of the closest beachfront neighborhoods to town), approximately 6.2 miles from the intersection of 61st Street and Seawall Boulevard - minutes from the city of Galveston and attractions. Incredible unobstructed views of beach, surf and stars.

We love staying here. Perfectly spacious and amazing location. Neighborhood is quiet with perfect beach access. Home is the most well stocked rental we’ve ever stayed at. The newly updated kitchen was a pleasant surprise. We will keep coming back for sure!

The beach house is absolutely beautiful! It was clean, the parking was convenient, and the ocean view was truly spectacular. The location couldn’t be better (beachfront), and the host’s communication was excellent throughout our stay. Distance to Seawall Blvd and the Strand is close. It took less than 30 minutes! My only suggestion would be to improve the quality of the pots provided, as they weren’t very usable. Other than that everything was wonderful! I would rent again. Highly recommend.

The check in was super easy and the host was extremely responsive when asked about anything. We were comfortable and enjoyed the proximity to the beach very much. The furnishing in the living room left some to be desired, it was not like what was pictured in the online photos. There were no legs on the sofas so they were extremely low and there were no rugs anywhere to help with tracking sand and deadening some of the echo in the house. Overall, the stay was very enjoyable, just needed some little things like rugs, maybe a broom to help sweep up sand. I would recommend Pelican Point, the location is superb.

Great House with Easy Beach Access

This house is essentially on the beach. We had 7 kids and it was easy for them to get to the beach and for us to watch them from the house. The house had lots of sand toys and great shade on the porch. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely go back.

We loved the location and the house layout worked great. We had a few issues that we plan to address with the owner/manager, all of which will surely be corrected for future renters. We would definitely rent again.

Perfect location - no cars allowed on the beach, and the house is just steps away from the sand. The views from the deck and the main parts of the house are unmatched. The house has been updated since the photos were taken and the whole house is bright, white and cheery - no crazy colors. The kitchen is brand new and well-stocked for those who like to cook! We found everything we needed and were very comfortable. We’ll be back!!

Overall good

Fantastic views, trail that lead from under the house directly to the beach. Huge patio with many chairs. Provided an impressive amount of kitchen utensils, we had everything we needed to cook meals. Two big dining tables which accommodated our big family. Very clean and super comfortable beds, Close to town as well, probably 6 min from walmart. Great communication with owner. We go to beach houses every year in Galveston and this is the first time we have had no complaints!

Perfect beach house

House was perfectly sized for 3 small families with children. Spacious living/dining area, large deck with lots of seating, direct access to beach just a few yards from back patio. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies. AC worked great! Will return next year!

Family beach time

My family and I had a wonderful time at Pelican Point. The house was clean and we enjoyed the close proximity to the beach. The kids enjoyed the swing and all the sand toys. We enjoyed sitting on the deck in the evenings.The host responded quickly to all my questions.

Overall, great 4 bedroom house with a location right on the beach. Enough space for 3 families. Bathrooms are a little light. House overall could use a couple maintenance repairs and some freshening up.

This was our favorite vacation, this property is the absolute best location with stunning views!

Was a peaceful location, with stunning views, and a clean beautiful home. All the dishes and utensils you would need to cook anything. Everything we needed for a day at the beach was already here, sand toys for the kids, beach chairs and an umbrella. Could t not have asked for a better beach house to stay at will be back yearly!

Fall Getaway

Well advertised accommodations. The kitchen and baths were well stocked with cooking utensils and towels etc. The house was quite comfortable. House appeared to be well loved and had the normal wear and tear of a beachfront home. We would go back. Thanks for sharing it with us.

Relaxing Getaway

We were very pleased with the house and the beautiful view from the deck. The beach was in our back yard! Everything was smooth sailing from booking the house, contacting the host (who replied very quickly) to checking in and out....and everything in between! We were sad to go. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone looking for a nice quiet, relaxing vacation.
