Great homebase for Niagara Falls

We used this as a homebase to explore the Niagara Falls area. very quiet neighborhood. Close to all the falls attractions. For good seafood try the River Grill less than 2 miles away. It is out of the way and not cheap, but has great food.

Fantastic Stay

The Loft was wonderful! Janet thought of everything one could possibly need in creating this great hideaway! The bed was extremely comfortable, the linens were high quality and soft, the the kitchen was well stocked with just about anything you could need, and the house was impeccably clean. The location was fantastic! A quiet little neighborhood seconds away from 190 (you couldn't hear the traffic though). 15 minutes to Niagara Falls, 15 minutes to canalside and downtown Buffalo, you couldn't ask for a better location! Thanks Janet for a wonderful stay!

Great location!

Just a short drive to niagara falls and surrounding area. This place was cozy, had everything we needed, and we loved all the little extras that made our stay special! (extra pillows and blankets, coffee, local travel brochures). Favorite stay of our trip!

This was the perfect home away from home. The host, Janet, went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and convenience, making our visit to my daughter at college truly special. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Impeccably clean, well-furnished, and equipped with everything I needed, it exceeded my expectations. Great spot for a few nights

This little apartment is great for a couple or small family. The location is convenient to Buffalo and Niagara Falls. The apartment looks just like the pictures Janet has posted. Janet is very responsive to questions or issues if they arise. She has toiletries such as shampoo, conditioner, and soap but also things like q-tips, cotton balls, etc. The only thing I would do differently is have a TV upstairs where the bedroom is, but that's just my preference. I like to fall asleep watching TV but to others that's not a big deal. There aren't many restaurants right close by but they are within driving distance. If you book this place, you won't be disappointed!

Perfect location

It's a quiet and clean location to stay. Everything is easily accessible. The Owner is very helpful and responsive. I would stay there again. Of course, the bed isn't as comfortable as my own bed at home, but while vacationing outside of town, it is to be expected. Therefore, I rate it 5 stars.

This apartment is well worth the money! Very clean, lots of amenities, the host has thought of everything you could possibly need and has supplied it. Very friendly and great communication! Loft was very cozy and comfortable. It was also very spacious. Janet was quick to respond to questions. Area was very quiet. There were lots of amenities in the loft. Tonawanda is very close to Buffalo and provided easy access to highways. I really enjoyed my stay and would do so again next time I am in the area.

Janet was a super host & extremely responsive! 5 stars all the way around! The loft was super clean, modern, well furnished and cozy. The kitchen was extremely well stocked including a wide range of cookware and much more than just the basic rental essentials. I was able to work remotely days and visit my mom in the ECMC hospital. Off-street parking in a quiet, nice neighborhood. I felt safe taking early morning walks, and coming home late from the hospital. Location super convenient, Would definitely stay again! Steve"

I've been enjoying this opportunity to share my unit with travelers. It's been about 7 years now listing my unit for short-term stays. While I've learned many things along the way, it's been very rewarding to see many people travel from such long distances to experience this beautiful city and stay here. My 5 year old twin nieces call my place "Aunt Janet's hotel"!

As a child, I grew up in Western New York and I still call it home today. This unit is across the street from a school and I fell in love with the "park-like setting" it creates. I enjoy sharing it with travelers!
