You can enjoy snow white beaches and a spectacular view of the ocean, the Gulf of Mexico, and sunrise and sunset from a wrap around balcony. The view is totally awesome and uninterrupted by any other structures.

You can often sit on the balcony and watch dolphins jumping in the bay. You can totally lose yourself in the splendor and luxury of these serene and peaceful surroundings. Enjoy a time of refreshing relaxation and revitalization and you will agree that on a clear day you can see the ocean for miles and miles into the horizon. You don't want to miss this one!!!
Parking—Free parking -notify us as to how many vehicles will need parking passes. Maximum 3.
Enjoy Game Night with family or friends with 23 games to choose from ages 4 to adult.

Eating in? Kitchen is fully stocked with all the gadgets to use from Crock pot to Waffle maker.

Dining table seats 6. Kitchen bar seats 3.

Enjoy going to the beach with sand chairs, beach blanket, cooler, beach towels, pop up tent and beach wagon to use. From our building we have a Beach ramp that takes you to the beach.

You also have access to 3 pools and 3 hot tubs. One pool is heated from the first day of Thanksgiving to April 1st.

Wrap around balcony to enjoy the beautiful gulf views from East at sunrise to sunset.

Great balcony view

Condo kitchen was well appointed. Great view from the balcony and comfortable patio chairs. Even got to see the Blue Angels fly by. Beach chairs were sand chairs and regular patio chairs, but could be hauled to the beach with the beach wagon. On the weekend nights you can hear some of the bands at the restaurants near the pier while on the balcony. Beds in the guest rooms were a bit tired.Property was great for families and fun to be close to the pier.

This was our happy place! Comfortable, breathtaking and relaxing...

A home away from home with the breathtaking beauty of the Gulf and the sound. Everything was clean and so well organized. Everything we needed for the beach was included which was a huge plus. The beds were very comfortable. And the waffle maker was a great addition - we had waffles almost every morning! Being right next to the pier was very convenient for my husband and sons who LOVE fishing. Could not get any closer! We are already talking about returning in the future!

Overall a very nice condo

Overall very clean, everything worked ok and the check in process was great. The condo was comfortable. The host answered my questions immediately. The only reason I rated a couple categories under 5 stars was because the condo needs a little updating (functionally fine) and in high winds the metal railing vibrates horribly making a very disruptive loud humming noise in the master bedroom and one spare bedroom (went on all night for several nights) …. The host can’t really do anything about this unfortunately and I put earplugs in and the problem was solved. Once again, not something the host can solve as it is a building issue, more something to be aware of and prepare for.

Beautiful Condo with Beautiful View!

Summerwind is my favorite place to stay in Navarre. It is as close to the pier as you can get. This condo is very nice. It has excellent views of the beach and ocean. You can tell the property is managed well as it is very clean and everything works! We had a great time staying here. There were five of us, and we all loved the accommodations. The beds are very comfortable, the bathrooms clean and well maintained. We absolutely LOVE this location. It's very convenient, and you will not find a better view or a better stay in all of Navarre Beach!

September getaway

The condo overall was nice, but the amount of decorations and size of them made the place feel much smaller. We had a service dog with us and we had to move some items, just as you would if you had a small child. There is only one ceiling fan in the condo and it is over the Master Bed. We had to go pay $10.00 to buy a battery for it, so that seemed an issue that could have been already done. The icemaker does not work and appears to be an old problem. Someone left a bag of ice, but we also had to purchase bags of ice ourselves . Nice view and great location , but too many issues that did not enhance our stay. Owner did not respond to my question about the icemaker or providing any ice. It is summer in the south, and you need ICE !

Gorgeous views!

Condo was lovely, with 3 bedrooms & en suites to accommodate all of us! The 180 views of the beach and sound were perfect for morning sunrises, evening sunsets and even had a special show of the Blue Angels returning home one evening all from the privacy and convenience of the balcony.

Oceanfront Luxury condo with direct access to the beach

Condo was absolutely beautiful! We have stayed at summerwind in the past and this condo is the best one we have experienced! Stocked with items we werent expecting such as extra beach towels, beach chairs, paper towels, toilet paper and more. The kitchen was well stocked and they even have seasonings for cooking. Mornings were perfect waking up to the beach view and the bed was so comfortable! The wrap around balcony was our start and end of the day enjoying views of the pier and beach. I have never had a host as responsive as this one. She was such a pleasure to correspond with and it was an enjoyable experience. We celebrated our 6yr olds birthday and we also have a 2 yr old. This condo is the perfect location as it was easy to go back and forth with the kids with direct access to the beach and pool. We will be booking this again for our summer trips!

Enjoyable spring break

My family and I enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property during my kids spring break. The view was absolutely stunning. I enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the sun and looking at the view. My husband and son liked that they could walk to the pier and fish. While my daughter and I enjoyed the beach. The condo had plenty of room to spread out and the beds were comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay here and we were able to make a home cooked meal one evening and visit with our oldest son who’s in the navy. The host was amazing. She was responsive to any inquiries we had and accommodated our early arrival time. Also, having beach chairs available was so helpful. It truly was a wonderful trip

Exceptional unit, as described and pictured

This property has exceptional views and was well appointed with everything we needed for our stay. I usually bring a large supply of items with me but was quite surprised to find they had everything we could need and more and I could've packed far less for the car ride up. The unit was spacious and right by everything. We walked to dinner a few nights and my guys enjoyed visiting the pier. Loved that the pool for that building was heated, as we had a chance to swim, as well as, enjoy the hot tub which was a nice surprise since it was much cooler weather than at home. Liked the little store in the far end building and wished we had discovered it sooner. Just a note, the master bed is very high and super firm and the master bathroom countertops are high as well. My guys at over 6 ft. each loved this feature but at 5-5 I felt short trying to brush my teeth and ended up moving rooms so I could get in/out of bed easily. This really is a great unit and I would totally stay here again. Enjoyed the concert at the restaurant next door from the balcony one evening too. Hope the new owners decide to keep this unit as a rental atleast some of the time.

Great location

We loved our stay at this condo. The location is one of the best on the island, the property owner was very flexible with our travel schedule. I would definitely recommend this condo to anyone looking to stay in Navarre.

Beautiful condo

This place was every thing the listing said it was. The views were wonderful, the place was nicely decorated, the neighborhood was beautiful. Before we arrived, I was a little concerned that it was going to be enough room for 5 adults, but there was no problem. The kitchen was actually large enough to cook in! That’s not the norm with most beach rentals. We will absolutely rent again.

Wonderful

Fun girls' week at the beach!

My two lifelong high school friends and I had a great "girls" week at this beautiful location. The view from the balcony was fantastic! We sat out on the balcony every morning talking and looking out over the clear, blue-green water. The condo was clean and offered most amenities we needed. We hope to return in the future!

Beautiful condo and views

We loved the unit. It was beautifully furnished and the beds and furniture were very comfortable. Everything was very clean! The views from the balcony are amazing. We enjoyed being able to see the sound and the gulf! We also enjoyed the condo amenities - the exercise room, pool, and hot tub. We definitely recommend this condo!

Perfect Views!

One thing that cannot be overemphasized is how great the views are at this place! You have gorgeous ocean views out the front room and kitchen and then beautiful bay views out the back bedroom windows! We enjoyed our time immensely! Will definitely be coming back!
