Welcome to Heaven! Summerwind East 1201 is a fully-renovated and completely updated in 2024 luxury condo with a stunning unobstructed wraparound view. FREE BEACH SERVICE (4 Chairs / 2 Umbrellas!) and reserved covered PRIVATE PARKING SPOT are included.

From the moment you walk in you will be amazed by the breathtaking views of emerald coast and a beautiful coastal farmhouse design, which is comprised of a multitude of lavish features:

- Brand new furniture everywhere
- Ample sleeping space provided by 2 king and 4 twin (double bunk) beds. COMFORTABLY SLEEPS 8
- Top of the line brand new comfortable mattresses including BeautyRest Harmony Lux 15" Plush Pillow Top and Cocoon by Sealy Memory Foam 10" mattresses
- ALL 3 bathrooms are renovated featuring a unique oversized double shower, sliding-door walk-in shower, and a modern deep tub. All tiled-in floor to ceiling.
- New balcony furniture consisting of polywood high chairs and tables
- Luxury white quartz countertops
- Brand new LG appliances everywhere
- Seamless LVP Lace Oak floors
- New Smart TVs including 75” and 65” Hisense QLEDs, 65" Samsung, and 45" Vizio.
- FREE BEACH SERVICE for 4 chairs/2 umbrellas, as well as 6 additional beach chairs available in the condo.
- Reserved covered PRIVATE PARKING SPOT available only steps away from elevators

Summerwind is located right on the beach, next to Navarre fishing Pier and access road to mainland. It is a walking distance to several restaurants. This area is secluded, quiet, family-friendly and just majestic - the white sandy beaches, the clear emerald gulf waters and views views views!

Resort AMENITIES include three (3) pools, one of which is heated, three (3) hot tubs, a well equipped workout facility, and outdoor grills. Summerwind Inn is a premium resort with high-speed elevators, luggage carts, and a covered entrance.

Unit is equipped with outdoor Ring Camera. Summerwind is a non smoking resort. Smoking is permitted in designated areas only. No smoking in unit or on balconies. No pets allowed.

Navarre Beach is a family-friendly destination with amazing sugar soft white sand. It was voted one of the Top 10 beaches in North America. Recently voted the number one uncrowded beach in Florida!

We were so pleased with our stay. The condo was beautiful and had a great location next to pier. One of the easiest check-ins and check-outs I have experienced! Our Host was great about responding to my questions quickly. Also, the location is walkable to quite a few restaurants.

We absolutely loved this room! It was clean and very well equipped with everything we needed. The view was spectacular! We will definitely be staying here again! We had my elderly in-laws with us so the parking spot was perfect for getting them in the car and to restaurants. Five stars for this room!

We came here during low season, January right after New Year. It was amazing. The beach was phenomenal. We even paid the park fee for 7 days and visited Opal Beach and the Fort. Shelling was fantastic! The condo was phenomenal. The view is to die for. The amenities top notch. We had everything we needed for a week stay. The rooms and bathrooms were roomy and comfortable for everyone. William was amazing. Answered every question and attended to every detail and went above and beyond even when we had a little hiccup during our stay (not related to his rental at all). Some things we would suggest is maybe some pillow upgrades in the bedrooms and more trash bins in the rooms. A very tiny issue compared to all the good things about this rental. If you are still thinking about it, DON'T! Click the book it button!! We will definitely be back.

A gorgeous, spacious condo with a fabulous view! We like to cook a lot at the beach, and the kitchen was very well-supplied. But we also enjoyed eating out at nearby Andy D's and at the Cajun place called Where Y'at. Dave's Oyster House and Lillo's Tuscan Grill near Pensacola were also superb. A visit to the Sea Turtle Rescue Center was very informative. And we loved watching the sunrise from the wrap-a-round balcony. Other pluses: the swimming pool, hot tub, and convenient reserved parking space. Just an all-around wonderful place to stay!!

Beautiful property in perfect location

We loved our stay. Easy access to the beach and walkable to restaurants. We could hear the live music from the pier next door in the evenings as we sat and relaxed on the balcony.

Great time

This was our second time in this unit and it’s great. Location, views, setup, etc are all wonderful. Only thing we noticed upon checking in was that the door handle to the balcony was broken and that’s super minor considering all the pros offered.

You won’t go wrong with this condo. For a family of 4, it was more than enough for us. Add in the view from all around plus the balcony that wraps around on the side, its an absolutely win win.

Wonderful place!

Stunning view

William was very responsive to our questions. The condo was so beautiful!!! Shower was amazing and very spacious. We loved the wrap around balcony the most. We watched the sun rise one morning and saw dolphins. We loved this place so much and hope to be back soon. Thank you so much !!!
