The Grand Beach Resort Unit 106 is a roomy 1 bedroom and 1 bath unit located in Grand Beach Resort located on East Beach Boulevard in Gulf Shores. The unit is just across the street from the beach with beautiful views. It features a queen bed in the primary bedroom, TV with Dish network, and bunk beds in the hall with a hall bath. There is also a queen sofa sleeper in the living area. A fully equipped kitchen connects to the living room with a large smart TV, Dish network, and a sliding glass door leading onto the balcony facing the beach.The dining table seats 4 and the breakfast bar seats 2 for a total of 6 dining seats. This ground floor unit is convenient to the pool and hot tub area and just a short walk directly across the street to beach. Bring your fishing gear because this unit is close to the state park fishing pier! The pier is a great place for the family to explore and see the different fish swimming in the water below and of course throw your line in and catch a few fish! Numerous restaurants are within walking distance.

* Due to the Covid-19 crisis, all comforters have been removed from beds. We have replaced with a quilt that is washed with each stay. If you prefer heavier bedding, you may want to bring extra bedding. We want to do our best to offer a clean bed for your stay.

Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival and may be paid by Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or certified funds (cashier’s check, money order, or certified check). For stays under 14 days, the remaining balance will be automatically charged to the card on file.

Stays of 14 days or longer (including winter stays) must be paid in full 90 days prior to arrival. Payment by check is required to avoid a 3% credit/debit card processing fee. A 3% fee will apply to long-term stays paid by card.
